  Shopped here for years and consistently had issues with freshness. Bakery bread would mold days before the printed expiration date. Meats from the butcher counter looking and tasting less than fresh, ground beef expiring before date, chicken skewers barely cold. For the 30-40% markup they charge, the quality should be significantly better, not worse. Stock reliability was another frustration. I’d find a product I liked, buy it weekly, and then it would disappear for weeks or never come back. Switched to another store and immediately noticed fresher meats, better bakery options, more variety, and a noticeably lower bill. Same grocery run that cost over $200 here was less than $140 elsewhere. I won’t be back. Randall’s private selection items were good quality and there was an okay variety of coffee beans.

  Great customer service, welcoming & clean environment! The Fried chicken special (8-pc for $5.99) was a bargain and tasty!

  Update The meat department has gotten worse. PLEASE FIX THE MEAT DEPARTMENT. Zero fresh steaks ready for customers. Only chicken available is managers special meaning it needs to go! Do better. This store went from having the best meat department to below average. Today I went to see if they had any fresh prime tenderloins and was met by a guy who clearly didn't want to help me. Now I'll be looking for a near grocery store because whoever is managing the meat department doesn't care about the customers. I live so close and it was very convenient even though the prices on everyday items are more expensive because it's so close to my house and they always had fresh steaks ready for customers to grill on the weekends. Not anymore. Please fix the meat department!!!

  I want to recognize Max for the outstanding customer service he provides at Randall's. Whenever I shop on the weekends, I always choose checkout lane #1 because Max is there. Max is hardworking, professional, and consistently polite. He handles customers' items with great care, carefully bagging groceries and gently handing them over. It's a small detail, but it shows how much pride he takes in his work. What stands out most is his willingness to help. Whenever I have questions about products or store locations, Max is always happy to assist. If he doesn't know the answer, he doesn't just brush me off—he takes the initiative to ask a colleague and make sure I get the help I need. I truly appreciate Max's professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to customer service. Employees like him make shopping a much more pleasant experience. Randall's is fortunate to have such a dedicated team member.
