  Screw Randall’s!! 10 steps to a digital coupon?? It used to be so easy, put in your phone number or scan you card. The way they are doing it now is just crap. Especially for senior citizens!! I’m going to HEB!!

  I dropped by this location on the evening of 06/30 to pick up a delivery order. Unfortunately, I hit a frustrating system glitch at the self-checkout, and the payment simply refused to go through. Despite the technical headache, the experience turned into a very positive one thanks to the helpful staff. The young gentleman managing the self-checkout did everything he could to resolve the issue. Instead of leaving me waiting in the dark, he explained what he was doing at each step. Keeping me informed like this took away all the frustration of the system failure, and I deeply appreciated his professional approach and patience. When nothing worked, he guided me to a regular register for backup. There, the lady at the register took over and was just as patient and supportive, continuing to help me even as we kept bumpting into the same system error. While the glitch ultimately forced me to cancel the delivery order, I walked out of the store feeling very grateful. The level of customer service from both of these staff was superb. They turned a stressful technical failure into a very positive experience.

  I do not frequent this location, it is close to my work and decided to stop by. This day 06/29/26 they had bbq chicken and were selling it outside. I walked up and not seeing any other signage thought I could pay outside. I was wrong as I was rudely told to go pay inside. I accepted the situation as I’m just unaware of how this little sale goes and walked inside to pay. Kindly handed the lady my receipt as she looked at it and without any further discussion. I waited for someone else to show up and asked if I could get wings and he rudely stated nope, go inside for those. The most frustrating part about this situation is not understanding what is or what isn’t sold outside and where to pay. Be kind…it cost absolutely nothing to be nice to people. I absolutely will not buy anything from this cheap chicken Monday deal again!

  Rude lady at customerservice. Nobody to help you find things. Dont buy milk that is expiring in a few days. I bought 2 gallons, both were spoilt from day one. The lady fro. Customer.service was not willing to take back

  On 9th June 2026 evening I bought cheese bagles pack containg 4 pieces with a text " best before 9th June" ok, when I opened at home I found a dot fungus sprouting. Bakery products are easy to fungus growth and the time limit stretch we calculate are often go wrong. I know this aspect as I am an academician with Food Chemistry course and research department so beware of the time period for the bakery products and it can be even oneday ahead for expiry specifications. Better luck next time! No fault finding only advisory note. Thank you with regards.
