  The food is great and the price point is also a good positive exclusive for Portillo' s..beside the great music they play from the 70-80s ..A couple can both eat under 30.00.

  Pros: 1940-50s atmosphere, kiosk ordering, hot-dog centric, lots of seating, covered outdoor seating Cons: very loud, small menu, super greasy food If you like hot dogs, or maybe you just want something different--fast food that's sort of slightly less fast-food-y, you will like this. Their polish sausages are very meaty and the sauteed onions are perfect. The chopped beef sandwich is really stand out; thin sliced, tender meat, on some fantastic, soft and delicious bread. Getting both the sweet and hot peppers on it really takes it to the next level as the flavors soak into the bread and make it even better. The cake shakes are interesting; they put a large chunk of cake in the bottom, then put the shake on top, and it's not really mixed together. That cake is really rich and delicious though. Service is pretty fast. It's almost unpleasantly loud in there though. And the food was super greasy. They don't give you napkins with your food, but there are some next to the trash cans. It's ok; not bad, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

  Everything was great but what really made me make a review was that I ordered food the. I forgot to get a cup of water and I went to drive through. Then I politely suggested a bottle of water by Alana but unfortunately I declined for the regular water lol. Anyway she was very nice and I feel that I should give a shout to a person that deserves it

  It had been a long time since I had had a good chicago-style hot dog. A few weeks ago I was house hunting with my daughter when I notice this Portillo location. I was pleased with their hot dogs. In addition I really like their crinkly fries. I make it a point to stop by and I hear when I am in the neighborhood.

  Ok I'm a big portillo's fan but they really dropped the ball on this one i ordered a large order to go hot dogs burgers beefs fries so we waited about 15 minutes or so for our order when it was ready I got to the counter and asked the staff member if he could check and see if all of our items was in the bags ? His reply was i made this order my self so I'm sure everything is in there so I took his word for it ? When I got home lone behold were missing food items 2 of my children are missing there orders so I called the restaurant asked to speak to a manager the same person who packed my order is on the phone I told him don't you remember me just a few minutes ago I ordered that large order and you told me everything was in my bags but here we are missing food from my order he told me thats not true everything was placed in your bags by me so I don't think so and hanged up the phone on me and didn't answer the phone anymore so customer service is at - 1,000 at this location so enter at your own risk? You probably won't get what you paid for
