I guess they stopped caring like most places when I pay $70 for 3 meals and a side of fries I don't expect a burnt burger and burnt to crisp onion rings. This has happened multiple times and makes me not want to come back to this location. And it doesn't surprise me that their parking lot is never full anymore.
- TTTony TOPS5 days ago4.0Over all good hor dog, a bit small for $5.00 each. NO customer service since there were only video screens tonplace your own order in. We picked up the food by the pick up window. Place was big with plenty of sirting space and well decorated.

But what stood out to me was when the person behind the counter told me how I should order my food the next time if I want it done right. I told them that the bread should not be toasted, thats not the Chicago way; she said, "this the Houston way". Then I get my Houston way Italian beef home and there's more bread than beef; I sqeezed the beef, re-stuffed it and tore off a qtr of the end to make it appear beefy. I asked for it dipped with extra gravy on the side. I think this crew needs to visit Chicago Portillo's to see how its done.

For starters, we asked for 2 #1's, chicken tenders, large fry and 2 extra drinks. The cashier repeated the order and only rung us up for tenders, large fry and extra drinks and got smart after we corrected her. The tenders was so hard, our kids couldn't eat them. I will visit a Portillo's again, but never this location.
