- DLDerrek Lopez3 days ago1.0If you see Portillo’s outside of an Astros game DO NOT get it. Even if it’s free. I ate the sandwich which looked grey but it was free and I was hungry, very bad mistake. I had food poisoning the following day. Heavy diarrhea, vomiting and stomach cramps are not a fun thing to deal with at work. The sandwich on their website vs the sandwich they gave out was completely different. Horrible food, save yourself.

We were a party of 16, so as you can imagine it can be difficult to get a reservation, especially for Mother's Day. We are originally from Chicago, so Portillo's always brings all the good feels. The food is always on point, the Italian Beef is my fave and of course, you have to have fries and onion rings to go with it. The nicest surprise was they gave us a Chocolate Cake to celebrate the moms!!! What?!?? Such incredible hospitality and customer service!!! Just wanted to give the Portillo's Willowbrook a shout out and a big THANK YOU!!! We are already Portillo's fans, but will be coming to this location from now on!!

This location is awesome, the service is great, the food is excellent, and overall an experience that can’t be beat! Thank you Portillos for breaking up the monotony of run down fast food joints in the area. Keep doing what y’all do best. Also, way to go team for handling the lunch rush like pros!
