I haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in over a year because of our initial experience was bad. We're talking 6 hours for a pizza to be delivered bad.
They ended up not charging us, corporate gave us a credit I never used and I chalked it up to COVID and just bad luck.
Fast forward to today. My daughter wants stuffed crust so I figure I'll give them a try, so I order.
An hour later, no pizza. I open the app and it says "delivered" when I select the order.
I try the "Contact Us" option and it immediately gives me a " logged out due to inactivity" error and won't accept my login credentials. (It appears it is trying to open an embedded browser window, within the app).
I had to Google the closest store and get the number that way. Fortunately that was the store but all he was able to tell me was that it was "on the way" It shows up 10 minutes later, 1:15 after I ordered.
Never again. The delivery guy was nice but this place is unreliable at best and the app is absolute trash. Like it was made 20 years ago for the Nintendo but ported to the PS4, with no updates, kind of trash.
Seriously, did they ask my nephew to make that app? He's a smart kid but only 8, so good for him, I guess, but just pathetic on Pizza Hut's part.
My 9 year old even said, "Everyone out-pizza's the hut."
So awesome fail, Pizza Hut, you're bad and you should feel bad.
