  I get great customer service every visit. The food is always cooked perfectly, and the establishment is small but very clean. I’ve been coming here for years and have very seldom had any issues. Whenever there has been a problem, the manager always makes the situation right.

  THERE IS ANOTHER BLACK WOMAN IN THE REVIEWS WHO HAD THE SAME ISSUE OF WAITING IN THE DRIVE THROUGH AND NOT BEING ACKNOWLEDGED. Sounds like someone is discriminating within your organization and Pizza Hut is allowing it. If I could give 0 stars that’s what I would do. All it takes is 1 bad apple to make the entire bunch spoiled. I’ve been a customer at this Pizza Hut for 6 yrs as of today. Never had any issues at this location before today. Not sure if this associate is new. However, after placing an order online for pickup, arrived to the drive through and was ignored for 5 minutes. Blew the horn and tried tapping the window, the associates just stared. Every time I go I use the drive through to pick up carry out orders. After being ignored for 5 mins and having to go inside for your food, the associate’s attitude was still lack of urgency, careless and disrespectful. My BF asked for our food and mentioned being ignored for 5 minutes while they stared, in the drive through. The associate (Hispanic male) did not like my BF tone and told him he would cancel the order. No help from him with reaching corporate or customer service/escalations. When I finally got ahold of escalations, the phone rep is even disrespectful, impatient and defensive towards the store associate. Repeating what the associate said to her as if she was believed him and was there to witness it herself. Every pizza hut has cameras to investigate customer service issues such as this. A customer SHOULD NEVER FEEL GANGEG UP ON by an organization over fast food and poor customer service. This will be my last day spending $ with Pizza Hut. Instead of taking accountability you blame it on the customer. A refund is fine but that doesn’t fix the poor experience and attitudes within your organization. The unnecessary disrespect equipped with poor customer service and negligence is the reason I wanted this escalated. It’s not always about the money. Not only did the associate threaten to and actually did cancel our order but he also didn’t provide us with a receipt. Now I have to hope and wish my money actually returns in time or face another issue with my bank. #NeverAgain

  Josh was very nice and accommodating. I forgot i placed an order hoursss ago for pick up so when i got here my pizza was dry, and he offered to remake my pizza! Thank you

  Every time ive come whether it be during my lunch break or picking up food for me and my friends at night the service is always great & they are very quick! Food is great as always too lol
