  The absolute worst customer experience!! Do not order from this Pizza Hut. We oder through the app and a delivery came from Doordash with the wrong cold pizzas. We order 3 lardge create your own specialty pizzas and we received 2 medium cold pepperoni pizzas, the driver didn't speak English and we sent the pizza back to store via the driver. And when we tried to call them back, we could only get the call center and they tried to transfer us to the store the phone just rung, we did this six times! Call the corporate number and just got another call center rep who said they were going to resend my order number in to the store again, she gave me incident number a everything, still nothing! Where is the basic customer service!?

  Best store I’ve been to, food is great, service is excellent—was a little busy when I got there but the staff was being absolutely friendly regardless of the rush. Amazing work under pressure!

  Wasted 40 minutes trying to place a delivery order. First call 5 minutes in they end the call halfway through me speaking. Second call I'm waiting for 10 minutes to be connected to the store, after fully placing my order the second they repeat everything to verify the order they just stop talking and end the call shortly after, I attempt calling another time waiting another 10 minutes and the second I get connected to the store they sigh and end the call. I attempt calling one last time, waiting for 5 minutes and then the call ended before I'm even connected. Last call I make it instantly says no longer open. Every single other time I try to place for delivery they put in the wrong address sending it to north houston and me having to go pickup. Don't call for delivery here.

  if I could give them a 0 I would I ordered pizza breadsticks wings and a Dr Pepper and they brought my food cold look like I got old pizza which was told place in a warmer til DoorDash came when it was brought to me I told the DoorDash my food was cold and was told to call the store gave dasher 100$ she gave me 24$ in change so they got a 8$ or so tip I was told my food would be replace or have store credit and did not receive any I would not order at this location where they do not care if order was messed up or not they will not replace your order
