- RKRiya KhanJun 29, 20261.0Very poor customer service. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and seemed like they didn’t care about customers at all. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I expected much better from Pizza Hut.
- NNnaenaeJun 29, 20261.0if I could give them a 0 I would I ordered pizza breadsticks wings and a Dr Pepper and they brought my food cold look like I got old pizza which was told place in a warmer til DoorDash came when it was brought to me I told the DoorDash my food was cold and was told to call the store gave dasher 100$ she gave me 24$ in change so they got a 8$ or so tip I was told my food would be replace or have store credit and did not receive any I would not order at this location where they do not care if order was messed up or not they will not replace your order

- SLSteven LyMay 25, 20261.0Went in on memorial day at around 11 am. First my pizza was wrong (onions instead of mushrooms) for the topping. They fixed it and I took my whole order home, opened my chicken alfredo pasta and it had NO CHICKEN at all just noodles and sauce. Drove all the way back to get it fixed again. Turns out the cook in the back can’t speak/read/write english so she could not read the tickets that came out therefore she messed up 2 items in my order making me return and have to wait for them to remake it 2 times. I’d say at the least hire a cook that is fluent in english to be able to read the orders or moving forward this will be a continuous issue.
