  I went to this location yesterday 05/15/2026 afternoon to pick up food for my family, and I had a very unpleasant experience. One of the employees, a slim skinned lady working there, was extremely rude and unprofessional. What really disgusted me was seeing her spit on her hands/fingers to open the bag before handing over the food. That is completely unsanitary and unacceptable when handling customers’ food. It was very nasty and honestly shocking to see. Employees should have proper work ethics and basic hygiene standards. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location again. Very disappointing.

  I have been buying pizzas on this location and i have never have any problem, the pizzas were excellents unfortunely today i ordered two pizzas and they are the worst pizzas i have ever eaten, i will never buy anorher pizza on that location, West Belfort and Gessner Siempre he comprado pizzas en ese local de West Belfort y Gessner y siempre me parecieron muy ricas desgraciadamente hoy ordené dos pizzas y han sido las peores pizzas que he comido en mi vida, ni mi perro quiso comérsela, estoy muy decepcionado de esta Pizza Hot en West Belfort y Gessner

  I didn't realize the pasta didn't have a top. So I allowed it to lean a little. By the time I got home a lot of the sauce poured out so it ended up kinda dry. Cheesy bread sticks were great. Service was great.

  Worst Pizza Hut I have ever experienced. How hard is it to make boneless wings? Literally add sauce and shake. Yet the people at this location lack even the slightest skill to accomplish this task. DO NOT EAT here. The manager didn’t even remotely care than my wings came literally more naked than coated. It’s an absolute disgrace. In this economy spend your money elsewhere. I even question the food safety if they are this bad. I even tried to re shake them myself but there wasn’t even enough sauce to do that. It should also be noted I chatted corporate and they too were quite dismissive. Pizza Hut as a whole seems to be dwindling in quality, I recommend going to any other chain.
