  I’m not sure what is happening with the evening shift at this location, but today, June 18, I came in to pick up an online order and stood at the register for about 10–15 minutes. Two employees walked past me without acknowledging me or offering assistance. I finally had to speak up just to receive my order. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. It is usually the same employee who has an attitude and openly complains about her job. Management should address this issue and hire or train employees who understand the importance of good customer service.

  Seanelle and Falesity were very professional and informative about what’s happening at their local Pizza Hut! They are very nice and unafraid to speak to customers. They show real talent for marketing and sales! If you want good workers that stay pay attention to and show praise when it’s due! And grow your talent!
