  It’s an older lady in store acts if she doesn’t wanna work or make pizzas had an order from them they canceled my order even though I didn’t order much

  We love this pizza place a lot! David does an excellent job of getting our food out hot and fast even if it’s busy! We’ve been coming here for a long time and always know it’s gunna be perfect if he’s working!

  I’m giving them zero stars on everything. I end up waiting another 45 minutes when it should have been ready 20 minutes at 6:20pm and pizza not ready until 7pm. I only order personal pan pizza and it’s burnt

  I want to start by sharing that I have been a regular customer at this particular Pizza Hut for nearly four years, frequently stopping by since I work downtown. Throughout this time, I’ve never met an employee named Brian. One day, I came in to order a pizza and asked him about the specials. He kindly explained that they offer a three-topping large pizza for $10 or $10.99. I appreciated his warm and friendly attitude, and I decided to go ahead with the order. When Brian told me my total, I reached for my debit card, but it declined. He politely asked me to hold on while he tried again, but it still didn’t go through. Confused, I called my daughter to see if she could send me some money to a different account. Before I knew it, I saw a receipt being pulled up, and I saw Brian place it on the counter and then return my cash and quarters, telling me not to worry about it. He said, “It looks like you have a long day, so don’t worry about it. I got you—just pay it forward.” I kept trying to explain that my daughter was sending the money, but Brian was insistent that it was okay. I want to say that Brian is truly an extraordinary person. The owner of this Pizza Hut should be incredibly proud to have someone with such genuine kindness, empathy, and compassion working there—that compassion doesn’t go unnoticed. From this day on, Brian is the reason I will continue to support and cherish this place.
