  Scheduled delivery in advance for a specific time for a school function. I even called an hour before my scheduled time to confirm if I would receive my order on time for which I was told I would and if it is late, it’ll only be 3-5 min late. 20 minutes had passed by my scheduled time and I still did not receive my order. I contacted the store again only to be told by the manager that they are short drivers and that it would be another 20 minutes before I would receive my order. Which is UNACCEPTABLE. I don’t understand the point of scheduling a delivery time if the time selected isn’t going to be honored. I had to cancel my order and break the news to my students that we would not have food for our event, due to the order not being delivered on time. Food that they worked to earn and that was promised to them and to make matters worse, the manager at this location then proceeded to offer me a job as a delivery driver! Like that’s going my situation any better with my students. VERY disappointed with this location.

  I ordered a Supreme Personal Pan Pizza with no mushrooms and no pork. I went to my car to wait for 20. I went to pick up my pizza. They hadn't even put my order in the over. Mind you, no one else was in the store. My order was the only one they had. They apologize & made my order. I live 15 miles from this location. When I got home, I discovered they put pork & mushrooms on my pizza. I called & spoke with the manager. She said they would remake my pizza at no cost to me. I threw the pizza in the trash.. I only visit this area when I go to my doctors appointment. Today I called the number to this location... Only to be on hold for 20 minutes. I just hung up. I stopped by to get my pizza remade. They weren't busy at all. The person at the register name Mr. James Reily. He told me because I was 31 days out. They would not honor what I was told. They never said I had to pick my pizza up before 30 days or it would void my transaction. I asked to speak to a manager. He told me no manager was available. Then I asked for the General Manager or Corporate Office number so I could file a complaint. He said that he did not know either one. I said ik fine. There was no work being done when I got there. I was brushed off as if I didn't matter. Its not like I was asking them to do something unethical. I drove 15 miles to be turned away. I would like an apology & my pizza.
