I want to start by saying the food was great. However, my experience with the staff/manager on duty on 4/27/2026 at 11:45 AM was very disappointing.
When I arrived, I was the only customer in the lobby and had to call for assistance multiple times after waiting several minutes. The employee who assisted me (receipt shows “Y_iOS”), a man who appeared to be Indian or Middle Eastern, stated he was the manager, but his behavior was extremely rude from the start.
He had difficulty locating my order and became argumentative when my phone number didn’t match, even after I provided my name. He raised his voice and spoke to me disrespectfully. When I asked for blue cheese, he aggressively said, “like I said, we do not have blue cheese,” despite it being listed on a very large flyer next to him that suggests I should ask for dipping sauce and blue cheese showed as one of the menu options.
At no point did he simply say at the moment we do not currently have blue cheese, but these are some of our other options if you’d like.
When I addressed his tone and asked to speak to someone else or contact corporate, he responded, “I said I apologize, so why are you calling corporate?” instead of handling the situation professionally.
To make matters worse, he shorted my change without asking and initially did not want to provide a receipt. While the amount wasn’t significant, it’s the principle especially after being treated so poorly. I don’t mind paying, but I do expect basic respect and honesty.
Overall, the food was good, but the customer service especially from someone claiming to be a manager was unacceptable.
