  I ordered online and they messed up my whole order they brought some cold dried up gas smelling pizza and messed up my whole order

  Ordered about two hours before to get it by 9:30pm. Later on, when it was time, I get a message saying that it was on it's way - by doordash - imagine that! Then I check the app and it says it was delivered. I check the front door, the garage, at the security gate and nothing! I call the location and the lady that answered said she was the manager, I told her about the problem and she was stuck with "they already got about 20 mins ago!", I didn't care if it was picked up already, I haven'treceived it! I told her to cancel the CC transaction and she said she couldn't ????? A manager can't cancel a CC transaction?? I asked for her name and she wouldn’t give it to me. Just so people know who she is, I'm Hispanic and it took me a while to learn English, but she couldn't even speak English. We started talking in Spanish, she was rude, she ended up hanging up on me. Also, they messed up on my previous order, then they send me a "free" pizza, i got the code, ordered, then paying for for taxes or "some" fee it said I had to spend $15 more!! Not sure if I'll ever use Pizza Hut.

  Good service always good when I go . I don't understand some of the people. I've been going for years. Probably miscommunication or something.
