His personality was very warm and friendly . He made sure my pizza was made to my satisfaction before I left, which has never happened.
- AAAshleyJun 24, 20263.0Saturday I placed an order for a medium pizza and breadsticks. The pizza came out perfect which is why I’m doing the 3 stars but they burnt the breadsticks. When I brought the breadsticks back two of the workers gaslighted me to believe that this was not burnt and they just got a new oven. The lady said she can remake it but it’ll come out the same. If it’ll come out the same why would I have her remake it? Also, why didn’t the pizza come out this way? I should have requested a refund. I tried the breadsticks and they were in fact burnt. SMH. I’ve gone to Pizza Hut my entire life and never received breadsticks like this.

The first time they got it wrong because they didn’t even deliver my order and claimed it was delivered after I said I was downstairs. Turns out they were on the wrong street and as I was waiting outside I called them to tell them I am on the next street over but they had already marked my order as completed after only 3 minutes of waiting. Little did they know that I was actually the one waiting because they weren’t in the right place and failed to follow my delivery instructions. Second time I got the completely wrong pizza which was undercooked by the way and did not get the drink I ordered
