  The rudeness of this staff all over a Large pizza with HAMBURGER, MUSHROOMS AND CHICKEN. FIRST OF ALL IT WAS MMMMYYYYY, ME, YES ME BIRTHDAY. I have a birthday that the entire country celebrates INDEPENDENCE. Now the young lady that took my order was just as polite as a ripe plum. Bless her heart. Well me being me I arrived at 230 regardless of my order estimates time was 220. When I arrived Im hyped I'm ampted up bday girl style. I get my pizza. Dance out to my whip Sit down and ready to eat I'm starving. Open my pizza box am BAM I have ham on my pizza. I WAS DISGUSTED WITH DISRESPECT. So, bday girl crying inside hurt more then ever. I step inside and said (at a level 6.5/10 voice) I WOULD LIKE A HAMburger, chicken and mushroom pizza. I slide the pizza on the counter like that man was sprinkling salt. Lady said re Repeated my order and expressed its my birthday please get it together. I slide back to my car and wait another 30 mins. Just to go back in pizza hut and be given the same darn pizza. Tantrum was delivered to staff. Remake was requested. Due to rude staff. My birthday was not satisfying. All I wanted was pizza hut. I starved all day all I wanted was pizza hut it's a ritual for me. But not this time. 😭😭 Bye pizza hut on little York and 45. Y'all don't greet customers and be respectful to them anyways the food is why I attend pizza hut not y'all.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! The worse!!!! The staff is horrible they are rude and either tell you there's no order with name or then tell you delivery driver will be there in 20 mins. You get the same response every single time you call back. My husband was fed up after the third call, he went to the store and was told we had to wait until the delivery driver arrived at our home. We had already been waiting for 2 hours. My husband just went to a different location.
