  I ordered online tonight and waited for delivery. It had been more than a hour so I called. I was hung up on 3 times. The 4th time I called I was told my order was delivered. I asked if there was a picture, a text message, a receipt with a signature and was told “someone else signed your receipt” WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN! WHO is someone else?!? I was basically called a liar and told I wasn’t getting the order or my money back so I asked to speak to a manager. She said they would remake it but that it would take 2 hours to receive because they had other orders. I asked if I could pick it up instead. The way they talk to people is the worst! And I was told this was one of their drivers not door dash or uber. Also the app still says my order is out for delivery, never said anything was delivered. I can understand things happen but to be rude and dismissive when I spent my hard earned money is not okay.
