  When I was a kid, Pizza Hut was amazing. What I got delivered tonight is like eating bland nothingness. I don't know how better to describe it. Just cold, firm, and lifeless somehow.I've had frozen pizzas better than this. Also ordered a pan. What I got has to be a hand tossed, right?

  Order a Large pizza missing half of the ingredients. I called the store talk to the store manager name Michael was told that he ran out of the ingredients and refused a refund terrible service .

  I wish I could give 0 stars. Their customer service is terrible. I placed an order here, one pizza with pineapple and ham and when I received my order it only had ham. So I contacted the store and let them know because I paid additional for the pineapple and when I spoke to the manager they said “well I can tell you we are out of pineapple” so if yall don’t have it why is it available to order for one and two, if I’m waiting in the store for my order and it’s still being made don’t you think it’s good to ask the customer if they would like another topping. To top things off the manager had an attitude about and was not forthcoming with a resolution and lied about giving me a discount on my next purchase. Do not order here because you will likely not get what you paid for and they will not offer you any resolution.

  Very disappointed with my order. My pizza arrived cold, they forgot my drink and my ranch, and forgot to add jalapeños to my pizza and to make things worse, the DoorDash driver was rude during the delivery. I understand mistakes happen, but having multiple issues with one order made for a frustrating experience. I expected better service and more attention to making sure the order was complete before it was sent out. At this point every Pizzia but place forgets your drink.

  I ordered 2 one topping medium pizzas on the app. One of them did not have the topping I asked for. Nothing was told to me at the restaurant when I picked up my order, and when I called they offered me a $2 in app reward and said the chef had just ran out of that ingredient. Wish they would've just told me before making a pizza nobody wants. I would've been happy getting something else.
