  I walked in. A server placed food in the heater and didnt even attempt to greet me. Waited over 10minutes for someone to come to the front. And ask What I needed. Someone came to the front, took another customer and my order still wasnt ready 30 minutes following the order. Terrible service. Even more terrible the pizza was underwhelming

  I’m making this complaint because I do not feel like this situation was handled fairly at all. Tonight, I placed an order around 8:15 PM for a pizza and a chocolate chip cookie dessert. My order arrived around 9:15 PM. The pizza already did not look the best, but my family and I were hungry so we still ate it. The total order was around $30. The main issue is that I specifically ordered a chocolate chip cookie, confirmed it was available, and paid for it. After eating my meal and saving my dessert for last, I realized I was given a brownie instead of the cookie I ordered. I contacted the store immediately and was told that I would receive a remake/redelivery for the correct dessert. After waiting, I then received another call from worker Michelle saying the order would not be fulfilled after all, I could not receive a refund, and that the only option was a store credit. I was also told I would need to wait until tomorrow morning to call back because management was unavailable. I do not think this is fair because I did not make the mistake. I paid for an item I never received, was initially promised a correction, and then later told nothing could be done except a credit. I should either receive the item I originally paid for or be refunded for the dessert that was not provided correctly. I would appreciate this being resolved properly.
