  Maybe consider actually calling it Pizza Hut on your receipt so when customers gave concerns there’s not further issues. Ayvaz Pizza, really? You’re making confusions. Even if you’re the franchise owner, it’s still Pizza Hut. This was my fav location but not so sure anymore.

  Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest i can rate. My order was late and wrong! Manager and corporate did not care and told me that there is nothing they can do! It was the computer that messed up the order!

  Ordered delivery and the app made me use Scarsdale which is notoriously horrible. App said pizza was delivered, so I called store. Very rude person said all he could do was reset system, so we can't track it and it could be up to another 45 min. He said he was too busy to do anything else to help. Pizza arrived while we were talking to corporate...COLD & wrong crust. It is over 100 degrees outside! How is my pizza barely warm?! Corporate says $10off but I cannot use in app and have to call them to use it. There will not be another order to use it on.

  Don’t bother spending your money at this location. My pizza was undercooked, the dough was raw. Extremely disgusting. We called the store to complain, the manager answered and said “well you ordered garlic parmesan on it, it’s a hard pizza to make”. I’ve been to other locations and they never gave me crap about ordering it with a different sauce. The fact that they can’t own up to their mistakes, let alone apologize for the inconvenience is repulsive. On top of that, blame customers for choosing a modification that’s on their menu. Never again!

  Every time I've ordered from here, there's always an issue. Running out of certain pizza dough is crazy work. Forgetting topping after I paid for them, I guess somewhat understandable, but c'mon. They at least make it fresh, so that's the only plus. But more than likely, this'll be the last time ordering from this location.
