  Ordered my pizza it was supposed to be ready at 6:15 I was in line till 6: 35 I called pizza hut and told them can you let the lady pull up so I can get my pizza and they said let me check it out and then they hung up on me I don't know what kind of show they're running over there but it's not a good one my pizza was cold and I let the lady know at the window she didn't care

  They are overworking their staff (low labour, high pressure), there was only two ladies to run the entire store. The place is dirty. They no longer provide plates or cups. The company owes it to the workers and the community to step up and do better.

  Horrible customer service, barely anyone at the registers and this lady with glasses had an attitude problem with me and my companion, but one of the drivers that came in was very nice, my only problem was the behavior of this said employee that was just acting like she didn’t even wanna work, never coming to this location ever again.

  Ordered online and asked for extra sauce, got home and the pizza had a little sauce on the edges not in the center. Went back and they made another pizza that looked ok but the sauce was on some pieces but not spread out evenly to the center. Usually we receive great pizzas, the last 2 times they were terrible.

  Long hold times on the phone. Got hung up on several times . When we finally got through, they told us they're not taking any more orders.
