  I just walk out of this store, I don’t know how food is going to taste but they took forever and line on drive thru never moved, i go inside of store and I hear employees verbally fighting on the back , something was going on , i will never come back to this store .

  Horrible service. Need new employees. Current ones are not nice in person or over the phone nor do they make the food correctly. The cleanliness on the inside isn't good either.

  Workers are too slow to work, you have to wait for a long time for your pizza and it's been sitting there for a long time already, that's the whole point of ordering online so it will be there when you go pick it up

  4-18-25 6:00pm I had ordered pan crust and was given hand tossed instead. I called to try if see if we can correct the problem, I was on hold and after 30 min I gave up. I called back 15 min later and same problem. Not very professional in my mind. The weather was stormy and the lobby was empty. They had 5 employees so I can’t see why they could not answer the phone within those 30 min being on hold.

  Besides needing to get them young kids out of there for the night shift, and them letting their friends in the front door after they locked it!! I did a mobile order at 9:30pm to be ready at 9:49pm. I was there by 9:45pm. Tried to walk in at 9:50pm, doors were locked, okay no problem went to drive thru. The 1st guy saw me in the line, I was the 2nd car. We literally made eye contact. When car in front of me moved, I pulled up. He was away from the window but still in my line of sight. He looks up, sees me and then walks away from the window. I sit there for 10 mins, no one has helped me yet. I call the number for the store, get the call center and asked to be transferred to the store. I can hear the phone ringing inside… everyone is ignoring it. There’s a girl, clearly throwing away wing trash (her and idk who else was back there eating them). She comes to the window, I tell her that’s me calling the phone with no one answering, tell her about the 1st guy that didn’t help at all and say can I get my order. She tells me to hold on, leaves for 5 mins, comes back and says “he went to take the trash out he’ll be with you in a minute”. At this point it’s 10:15pm. Order has been ready, my name on the order screen has ready next to it, she could’ve gave me my stuff then!! 3rd person I seen was just in there walking around in there, he didn’t help either!! 4th person finally helps, I ask him what’s taking so long, HE CAN’T EVEN ANSWER ME!! He leaves for another 12 mins and comes back, I asked him again what’s taking so long, he says “oh I had to wait on your wings” At this point it’s 10:30pm!! I placed that order 1 hour before that, as a family who eats Pizza Hut 2-4 times a month back home, it’s never taken over 30 mins to get an order. This store is horrible! Besides playing around with my food and taking too damn long, that pizza was not cooked all the way on like 2 slices!!
