Consistently terrible. I’ve had delivery orders show up without my drink. I’ve had my order be ready 20 minutes later after the app said it was ready so I had to show up & sit around waiting. I’ve had the drive thru be closed. I’m currently sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes for an order that was ready 25 minutes ago. The lobby is closed so I have to wait in the insanely long line in the drive thru even though their website doesn’t mention that it’s closed by 9 pm. I called @ asked if someone could just bring my order to the door & they said they go ask & then left me on hold for 10 minutes, by which point I had reached the window. No apologies. No concern. Nothing but contempt for their customers.

Horrible experience. We waited in the drive-thru for a long time and nobody even came to let us know there was a wait or apologize for the delay.
When I got my order, my request for a clean cut due to dietary restrictions was completely ignored and a dirty cutter was used. No gloves were being used either, which was very upsetting and unhygienic.
The employee who said her name was Beretta (lady with glasses) was also extremely rude and dismissive. She barely looked at me while speaking and acted annoyed the entire time. Overall, very disrespectful service and a terrible experience.

The pizzas delivered were awful..ate 2 pieces from each box (2), but they were so bad JUST threw them away...after complaining to manager SHE ASK TO bring the complete pizza back...really ?? How??? We had to taste it & WE paid for delivery & gave the delivery driver 20% ....it defeats the purpose of delivery if we have to get dressed to bring the pizza back...we just wanted a quiet night with NO STRESS & IT ended being a HUNGRY NIGHT....Just won't be ordering anymore from Domino's.

First above all I waited an exile hour for 2 pizzas and it was already hot outside I ran up my gas waiting on them to give me my food that I paid for, but all this time it never came out and others were getting served before me. Turns out they never even put the pizzas in the oven. Totally unprofessional. The customer service was bad in top of the that. The lady was rude and snappy at me and lied whenever I asked about my pizzas. She kept saying "it was coming" but it wasn't even started, like she was trying to get me out of there. Once again Totally unprofessional and unprepared. There was no menu at the drive thru in the first place . Wh I had to go inside in the first place. And she didn't even want to give me money back. Need to say I was pissed. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN

Just want to shared my experience on here of what happed tonight on April 19, 2026
I placed an online pickup order scheduled for 8:59 PM and paid $7.57 for a Hut Box and two cheese stick boxes. One of the cheese stick boxes was free through a T-Mobile coupon, and the other was part of a Pizza Hut promotion. Both discounts were applied successfully in the app, and my order was confirmed and fully paid.
When I arrived, there was confusion with the manager on duty. After looking at my receipt, she had another employee tell me that I still owed $14.50 for one of the 2 cheese stick boxes, even though my order had already been paid in full online.
The employee tried to explain the situation, but the manager did not seem willing to honor the confirmed order. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes while the employee tried to resolve the issue, which clearly put them in an uncomfortable position as she didn’t know what to tell me.
Felt like the manager was having an attitude. She insisted I still owed $14.50 and had an employee try to collect it, even though I had already paid online. As she didn’t not want to give away anything free.
In the end, I was only given one cheese stick box instead of the two that were included in my order. The employee was polite and apologetic, but the situation could have been handled much better by management.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to the lack of communication and the refusal to honor a confirmed, prepaid order. As the manger cause the problem that didn’t need to happen at all!
Below are picture of my order and also the 2 promotional that I used for my 2 free cheese sticks box. That I was wrongfully ask to pay $14.50 for??? But I didn’t.
