  This location is horrible, and customer service is nonexistent. There seems to be no one working there. You can and are on hold if you are calling in an order.

  They can't make pizza go somewhere else. They sure don't know how to sauce no wings. Whoever was in charge over there today needs to fire themselves. Go home and apply at a warehouse because food service isn't your thing at all. Of you visually looked at this pizza and still sent it out to someone's house go ahead and clock out and never clock back in. I would have been better off letting my 4 year old niece make me a pizza it would have had sauce at least. Who instructed y'all on how to make pizza or BBQ wings do you see the pictures? I'm not exaggerating when I say they taste terrible just how they look times 10 with it. I'm appalled they sent me these 2 pizzas and this set of wings like I'm on the TV show punked. Are we serious right now ? And clearly Pizza hut doesn't care about reviews because this location has 1 star up and down it. I should have looked at them before ordering but it was really meant to be today. They wanted to know feed back about the location well let's start with DOOR DASH delivered my pizza not Pizza Hut which is not what I paid for and it takes much longer because senior Max had 4 other orders and the time kept changing from 4:10 p.m all the way to 4:30 p.m so really I didn't know when my pizza was coming. Then when it came I was highly disappointed at these wings first. The taste was old and cold. Gordon Ramsay would have a field day here for sure. Something about them wings screamed freezer burnt or freezer old then cooked . They spuirted barely any sauce on them as the pictures shows.Thet needed to be made fresh and they definitely were old. Even with sauce the meat was not fresh. Then the hamburger beef pizza only 2 pieces weren't burnt ! Do you eat burnt pizza and dried all the way out because that is how they made both pizzas. Run somewhere else. You would be better off going to Family dollar and getting a pizza than ordering here I promise on everything I love it was so terrible. The veggie supreme pizza again very dry like the person is scared of sauce. The toppings were plentiful but dried out and I don't like that I don't think no one just says oh let me order my pizza dry. And don't act like you don't know what I mean it was over cooked and lost hope but y'all sent them to my house anyway. After trying the cinnamon sticks I see those were actually made fresh or at least fresher than the other stuff. I really hate that pizza hut workers don't wanna do their jobs right. Don't they understand the nostalgia the customers are looking with service and food quality? Along with the hard earned money people are contributing so they can have a paycheck? Do they not see they are creating a really bad image and name for this particular location? What happened to upper management or management period ? Is there not anyone there to visually supervise the process or even care anymore about poor food quality and preparation? This is the first and last time ordering from this location and I don't see this location being open in the next 5 years. As far as poor food quality, miscommunication in delivery and no strong leadership at this location is due for a health inspection next. If they are doing this and supervisors are seeing it and allowing it then I would want to see the cleanliness of the area where they prepare food. This isn't acceptable and even though this location doesn't care I hope that more people are aware that this location is not good at all.

  Kimberly was very rude had an attitude claimed to be a manager and lacked management skills!! I had to wait on boneless wings when I wanted traditional when I received the food it was cold mind you I had to wait to get the WRONG order. They made me wait 1hr before someone answered the phone & addressed my concerns. When the “general manager” finally answered they were not accommodating at all!
