- AMAlexander Mojicatoday5.0We stopped by Pappasito’s Cantina for lunch the other day, and as always, it was an excellent experience! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the service was outstanding. Our waitstaff did a fantastic job, staying on top of everything, checking on our table, and making sure we had everything we needed without having to ask. It’s always nice to visit a restaurant where both the food and service are consistently excellent. Pappasito’s continues to be one of our favorite places to enjoy a great meal. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back! Unfortunately, the last couple of visits have been a little disappointing when it comes to how long it takes to get our food. Today, we ordered 10 tacos, and another person in our group ordered just two tacos. It took about 40 minutes for our lunch to arrive, which is a pretty long wait, especially during lunchtime. On the positive side, our waitress was great, and the food tasted really good once it arrived. The service from our waitress definitely wasn’t the issue. It was simply the long wait coming out of the kitchen. We enjoy coming here and will continue to visit, but the slow food times over our last two visits are the only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five. Hopefully, they can improve the kitchen turnaround times because everything else has been great!

I specifically asked the server if the taco was spicy because I had abdominal surgery this year and I am unable to ingest spicy food anymore. She said, “no I am sure it isn’t spicy; but I will check”. Regardless she put in the order and when the food arrived I had 2 bites and immediately ran to the bathroom to throw up; I was in extreme agony for the remainder of the evening due to the spicy nature of the food.

We sat at the bar area and our waitress Jasmine was the best! She treated us so well we didn’t even feel the difference about being in the bar area with our family. She got our food quick and gave us recommendations 😋 We will definitely be back to this location.
- MMMJOct 2, 20265.0Took my SIL here who was visiting. Waiter accidentally dropped our food right as she was about to put it on our table. We felt do bad for her but everyone was so helpful to make sure we got moved to another table and that no food or broken pieces hit us. We were not expecting or even aware but the mgr paid for our meal. Thank you Pappasitos.
