- STSandra ThurmanAug 10, 20265.0I came in on a busy Sunday afternoon for lunch with some friends, once I walked in the friendly host welcomed us and got us seated quickly. Once we sat down our waiter Cisco came by with the best attitude I've seen coming from anyone working the restaurant industry took our drink order let us look over the menu and gave us his best opinions on some of the food we were interested in. Once he left our table to go grabbed our drinks the manager Pierre stopped by our table to welcome us into Pappasitos asked if we were celebrating anything. We said no just a girls lunch and he stood and spoke with us a bit about how girls lunches are necessary in life! We already were falling head over heels for how welcoming, and personal the two gentlemen were taking care of us 4 ladies just out for a lunch. Once our drinks came we finally came up with our food choices put in our order and the gentlemen let us be once the food came out Pierre and Cisco were both there to help out with giving us our gigantic plates of food with the best smiles along with making sure we had plenty of room on our table for our drinks food and chips. Once we were about halfway Pierre came by again to make sure everything was to our liking and everything was perfect we all said yes. Cisco also kept us filled on our waters and made sure we had a drink ready for us when we were almost done with our drinks. Then once we paid and walked out Pierre and Cisco made sure to walk us to the host stand and thank us again for coming, ordering and we thanked them for the fast and most friendliest service we have ever had. Us ladies will definitely be back and will definitely be making sure Cisco and Pierre are there they made us feel more like family than just someone to wait on!

I know it was lunch time but we waited too long for drinks& food to come. We begging them for our food cause lunch for us was short. But when we got the food we had to rush eating now cause we didn't have that much time to eat. Then we had to stop eating and ask for to go boxes& the ticket, we waited so long& asked multiple people for it& got no response we were ready to just leave cause we had to get back to work. That's horrible service. We were ignored,then asked for to go tea& chips,now the lady gave us the little chips that was on the table now cold& the salsa too off our table instead of hot fresh ones. In my eyes I believe in tipping good service "I didn't " bad service not good to ignore people. Even the peppermint at the door was melted so we went back to work with sticky hands. Not happy!
