- ATAshley Torres2 days ago1.0My husband had stopped in about a month ago to get us. Takeout, I called in that same night to let them know about my food that I had. I spoke with one of the managers, and her name was Sabrina I told her my concern about my food. And what my issue was, I asked her if she would like for me to bring the food back. She told me that was no problem. I didn't have to do that, and she believed me. So she asked me for my email and she took down my name and she got my address but I never received anything in the mail that she was supposed to be sending me for some type of compensation on my meal. I then waited about a week. And I still never received anything in the mail so I gave them a call back and I spoke with her again. She did the exact same thing. And it's already had been like maybe three weeks or so. And I still haven't received anything. So when I get back into town, I will be stopping into the location. Because I feel it's very unprofessional that you would take all my information, and then not try to satisfy the consumer. My husband and I work hard for our money, and it's just not fair for people to spend their hard earned money and then get poor quality food. This by far is the worst set bacon wrap shrimp i've ever had in my life. I knew I should have told him I'd get something had I known he was gonna go here . Mamacita is way better than this place when it come to the quality of the shrimp. Brochette this was so horrible I wish I had taking the picture of it but I figured when I told her, I would bring it back, and she said that was okay and I didn't have to I just decided not to, but moving forward I know to do it just in case I have to do a review.
