Everyone is so nice and staff is really attentive but yesterday I came around 8 pm and the hostess was not welcoming at all.. did not address me at all.. I said hello for two she just looked at me grabbed utensils and walked away as if someone was chasing her.. did not tell me to follow her or nothing.. not a word. So I decide to go after a few seconds and I ask her was I suppose to follow you?? She just said yeah and walked off.

This Papacitos is our favorite in all of Houston and it’s because of the great staff and the experience they provide. Shout out to Adrian for always coming by to say hello! He’s always working hard to provide excellent service in his section, so it means a lot to us when he takes the time and go out of his way to make sure we are enjoying our visit.

He anticipated needs before we had to ask, handled every detail with professionalism and confidence, and made sure our evening was seamless from beginning to end. You can tell he leads by example because the level of hospitality throughout the restaurant reflected his presence. What impressed us most was how genuine he was. He didn’t just stop by because it was part of the job—he made a sincere effort to ensure we left happier than when we arrived. That kind of care is rare and speaks volumes about the pride he takes in his team and his guests’ experience. Brandon is an incredible asset to Pappasito’s.
