The food was delicious and the server was very attentive. Come hungry, the portions are big. The one downside, I was not a fan of the rice. It seemed dry and lacked a little flavor.

I am writing to formally express my profound dissatisfaction concerning a recent dining experience at your establishment on [Date] at approximately [Time]. This visit, intended as a professional lunch with a valued client, unfortunately deteriorated into a series of deeply concerning incidents that warrant your immediate and thorough investigation.
Upon being seated, our server, without our explicit consent or consultation, proceeded to order significantly more expensive dinner entrees for our party, despite our clear request for the lunch special. When this considerable discrepancy was brought to the server's attention, his demeanor became overtly unprofessional and unaccommodating.
Despite these significant issues being escalated to the manager on duty, our party was still presented with a bill exceeding two hundred dollars. The subsequent offer of a $75 gift card as compensation was, in our opinion, wholly inadequate given the gravity and cumulative nature of the problems encountered, particularly in the context of a business engagement.
Adding to the distressing experience, the ladies' restroom presented hazardous conditions. Specifically, the toilet was severely flooded, and regrettably, I slipped in the standing water, resulting in a twisted ankle. This incident highlights a serious lapse in hygiene and safety protocols within your premises.
Furthermore, the quality of the meal itself was subpar. My fajitas were noticeably undercooked, and a foreign object, specifically a hair, was discovered in the accompanying rice. Most alarmingly, subsequent to this dining experience, I developed symptoms highly consistent with food poisoning, which I attribute directly to the meal consumed at your restaurant.

Visited this establishment on 07/22/26 with my significant other. Our waiter was horrible. I left a $5 tip because I just don’t feel comfortable not tipping anything. We had to wave him down several times to ask for things we still didn’t get. We ended up having to ask the guy that brought out our appetizers for the napkins, saucers, plastic ware, etc after witnessing our waiter sitting in the back area on his phone multiple times. Another table flagged someone else down stating they weren’t even greeted after seated (15 minutes his words) from said waiter. He was made aware after she (the woman notified by other patrons) pulled him aside he finally went to help them. We were there at 2:30 pm. Our bill was $190 because we ordered the Family order #3 lamb chops, chicken, steak, and shrimp with rice and beans along with 2 drinks. Once everything cleared through my bank, he decided to add an extra $20 tip after I gave him the $5 he didn’t even deserve. I will be disputing this with my bank. Thank god I keep receipts. This is unacceptable! I will not be returning and will be sure to warn others.
