- RRRachel RenteriaSep 30, 20265.0I visited Pappasito’s in the morning on 9/30. I have celiac disease, and the staff were so knowledgeable about it and friendly. I was overjoyed to be able to eat hot food at the airport for the first time! I really appreciated it that I didn’t feel like an inconvenience. At the same time, IAH is one of the cleanest airports I have visited and I ate my food by a window watching planes. Thank you dearly Pappasito’s!

The beans are just the bean can juice it feels like. The meat is low low quality. served in a plastic bag. The lady at the counter was very sweet though, it's corporate who's to blame.
