- NWNeal Wilson4 days ago3.0Server was Alexander. He was great. Very attentive and explained the whole menu. He made recommendations, then made suggestions based on what we told him of our dietary needs. The food arrived quickly and was tasty. My main complaint is the price. Other restaurants that I've reviewed are just as good or better for cheaper. It wasn't a bad experience in any form or fashion, but at those prices we won't be back. Single order of chicken fajitas is $30, when other places serve steak fajitas for $23-$24. We also ordered a skinny-Rita - $13.95 for the one drink. Tax and tip included was $64 for one plate, one drink, and two waters. The atmosphere is very loud and not conducive for meeting or quiet time together.

Our empanadas order took longer than expected so our waitress informed the manager and he came over to apologize and didn't charge us for it. We didn't even complain but the waitress was on top of our order and informed the manager herself. We will definitely come back.

The queso was not the best, almost tasted canned. The quality of the meat in our fajitas was top notch. The issue I had with them is that everything tasted like a dirty grill. Like I was eating left over oil from everyone else’s dinner that got cooked. A big let down from what otherwise would have been a 5 star night.

It smelled very funky, and the food tasted very funky, not what I expected from my first real-time of being there and sitting down I decided to go after. So many years of being here in Texas, because my partner brought me some leftover ceviche, which was really Bomb. Surprisingly, when she went to the location off of 290, so I had good expectations going in. But this location wasn't it sad to say I think every location varies . I would definitely give papa sitos another try, but definitely not back at the willowbrook location.
