We drove 30 minutes from Katy only to find out the they dont have the sombero (that hat they use for birthdays). Why on earth did they not call if we booked 5 hours ahead. We called on our way there to ask about something in the memu, she put us on hold amd never came back. When we arrived we waited at the stand, 2 ser ers amd manager can see us and left us waiting for 5 minutes while they were talking. Very obvious that the service there needs attention desperately. I cant imagine if i hadnt asked and we found that out after dinner. I cant imagine how furious i would be. Its my sons bday and they would have ruined it

- RRRoslyn RossAug 6, 20265.0I hadn't been to this location in years. It almost became a not so great experience because I requested and preferred to dine outside on the patio. The hostesses initially told me no servers were out there. Of course, I wanted to know why...??? My point is, it was a beautiful day, and I hate when establishments try to find any excuse not to serve you outside, especially when it's set up for dining, available, and open for customers to be accommodated who choose to be in that area! After complaining, I was told to there would be a 15 or minute wait if I were to sit outside, to which I found to be ultimately ridiculous. My guests and I finally went inside to the bar to order our food and went back outside.... Basically, the bartender, Charles, is the person to that turned an initial bad experience into a great one! He was very understanding and accommodating. His service was impeccable. The fact he cared enough to please us by extending himself to serve us where we preferred to sit was above and beyond! He's the only reason I gave this location a 5-Star rating across the board! Thanks, Charles, your service was great!

The chicken is juicy and the beef is medium rare, not dry and crispy as it is in other restaurants. Guacamole is quite tasty and the chips thin and warm with salsa are fantastic. I go there on a regular basis.
