Not like true authentic Mexican food, more like Tex-Mex, but soooooooo good.
The drinks are strong and the food id good. We had a 12 top and our gorgeous young server (Juliana) was great. Her suggestions were all on point and her service was the best. We will go back for her alone. She was like one of the family.

I went to celebrate at PAPACITOS for my Aunt’s 69th birthday and I had an incredible waiter named Stephen. Stephen was sharp, very attentive and made sure that my table got everything they needed on time and in a hurry. We thought that because we were sitting at a side table that we wouldn’t be properly accommodated but Stephen made sure that wasn’t the case. Next time we go I’ll be sure to ask for him!

When I got there, I was only asked for my phone number and not my name, which later made checking in hard as they kept trying to guess which guest I am rather than letting me speak. The drinks were good. The food was delicious, but the portion was small on the fajitas dinner for 2. The waiter was not attentive and took my food even though he saw me still eating. He did bring the plate back but didn’t say anything.

Got here at 6:30pm for my brothers birthday on a Saturday August 1. Parking lot 1/2 full. The restaurant itself about 3/4 full. I had a group of 8 adults 1 child. There was plenty tables available to merge in order to sit us.
Checked in. 6:45, spent 1hr-20min waiting outside in the heat to get seated. Once seated at 8:05 we ordered 2 family platters. It’s 9:30 and I still haven’t gotten my food. Place isn’t even remotely busy. Been coming here 25 years. Last time I come here. I’ll edit and post time once I get my food

OMG! I had the worst experience at the Webster location that I've ever had at Pappasitos since my high school days in 1983! Yesterday, a group of nine met to celebrate a birthday party. After an unusually long wait, the food finally started arriving. However, for some unknown reason, the food wasn't served to the entire party as it usually is. Seven orders were eventually served, with two still being withheld, forgotten, or lost. The waitress did a phenomenal job checking on the guests and being accommodating—meanwhile, the two adult patrons who ordered alcoholic beverages and didn't have food. The eighth order arrived after seven of the patrons had already eaten over half of their meals. The waitress noticed that I wasn't a happy camper and asked if there was anything else that I needed. My response?
I need to eat the food that was ordered almost two hours ago. SMH. When the fajitas finally arrived, they weren't sizzling, and the onions were not caramelized as ordered. The chicken was pale compared to how Pappasitos normally preps and prepares fajitas. Remember, I've been dining at Pappasitos since the Richmond/Hillcrest location opened in 1983. No. I didn't want that non-sezzling plate. No. I didn't want to eat the beans, rice, or ice cream that the manager offered. I didn't trust what would be served next. I went home without eating after not eating all day and drinking a margarita. Imagine that! The other orders of chicken were horrible-looking and tasting, according to the adults and child dining experience. Non-seasoned chicken tenders didn't fly. Pun intended. The manager did offer a $50 gift card for the inconvenience but didn't comp the adult beverage. The beverage never would have been ordered if I known that the food wouldn't have arrived in a timely manner. Not not what responsible adults do and know...
