  I love Pappasito's but must admit my experience at this location yesterday evening was disappointing. The food was excellent as always but the service was extremely slow. I ask for a booth in the bar area thinking I would get the fastest service there as I have in the past. While the waitress was friendly enough she was very slow and seemed confused - maybe she was new. It took over 15 mins to get the drink I ordered and several times I had to ask someone to track her down as we were left unattedned for too long a period. The bar area was very loud as is often the case at this location. A manager never came by to ask us how things were which would have been a nice touch. Our bill was over $200 for two people and while the food didn't disappoint the service sure did.

  One of the most authentic combinations of old and new Texmex around. The hot and cold salsas are fresh with a clean complex taste. The best tasting beef picadillo taco meat I have found in a long time. Gravg on cheese enchiladas is Tex-Mex Chili and very tasty.

  This was one of the best Salmon I've had in a long time. Tje good was delicious and well cooked. Waiter was sharp, attentive and attentive. I was with a large group and he gladly split our check. Ambiance is classic Tex-Mex. Highly recommend it. Perfect for a date night or friend's get-together.

  Very good atmosphere, nice family environment. Unfortunately, the food was not the best, not properly cooked, not the correct flavor, it was too spicy for all of us (not the nice spicy mexican that you may enjoy) . The service was delayed, did not get the tortillas in time (I was almost halfway thru my food when I got the tortillas that came with my plate), did not get timely drinks refill for the spicy food. Stay away from the Birria tacos. In general, I doubt that I will come back .

  Pappasito's Cantina delivers on every front — and then some. From the moment you walk in, the energy is infectious: a lively atmosphere, friendly staff, and the kind of sizzling fajita aroma that makes your mouth water before you even sit down. The food is simply outstanding — but let me be specific: the carne asada is the best I have ever had. Full stop. Perfectly grilled, incredibly tender, and seasoned in a way that somehow manages to be bold and balanced at the same time. It's the kind of dish that sets a new standard and makes every other version you've tried feel like a warm-up act. If you go for nothing else, go for that. The rest of the menu holds its own as well. The tableside guacamole is fresh and creamy, the queso is rich and satisfying, and the margaritas are strong, well-balanced, and not overly sweet. Service was attentive and personable without being intrusive — our server kept everything flowing smoothly even on a busy evening. Pappasito's isn't the cheapest Tex-Mex in town, but the quality absolutely justifies it. This is the kind of place you bring family, celebrate milestones, or simply treat yourself to a meal done right. We'll be back without question — and we'd recommend it to anyone who loves bold flavors and a genuinely great dining experience.
