- HMHani Mansour1 day ago1.0One piece of advice….you wanna dine at Pappasito's like I do, don’t go to this location. Won’t get into details because the problem at this location start from Hostess all the way to Management. Regional Manager beware. For whatever it’s worth, this coming from a regular customer….I guarantee that lots of customers are unsatisfied with this location…!
- NANakkita Armstrong4 days ago1.0Visited this establishment on 07/22/26 with my significant other. Our waiter was horrible. I left a $5 tip because I just don’t feel comfortable not tipping anything. We had to wave him down several times to ask for things we still didn’t get. We ended up having to ask the guy that brought out our appetizers for the napkins, saucers, plastic ware, etc after witnessing our waiter sitting in the back area on his phone multiple times. Another table flagged someone else down stating they weren’t even greeted after seated (15 minutes his words) from said waiter. He was made aware after she (the woman notified by other patrons) pulled him aside he finally went to help them. We were there at 2:30 pm. Our bill was $190 because we ordered the Family order #3 lamb chops, chicken, steak, and shrimp with rice and beans along with 2 drinks. Once everything cleared through my bank, he decided to add an extra $20 tip after I gave him the $5 he didn’t even deserve. I will be disputing this with my bank. Thank god I keep receipts. This is unacceptable! I will not be returning and will be sure to warn others.

The atmosphere is fun and lively, and there’s plenty of parking even on the weekend, which is a huge plus in Houston. Drinks are solid, food is consistently good, and everything came out hot and fresh. Service was excellent from start to finish – the hostess was welcoming, and my waiter was friendly, attentive, and on top of refills and check-ins without hovering. This has become one of my favorite locations to visit; I just wish I was in the neighborhood more often.

My order was correct, a kid's cheese quesadilla with rice and beans, and a side of fixins. All was 10/10 per usual except my pint of salsa. After several chips and dips, I hit a hard object which I assumed was a glob of whole tomato that typically makes it through the blender from time to time. Nope! This was a piece of paper... I think? I took videos and photos to try and figure out what the foreign object was. I understand we all make mistakes and things may accidentally fall into the vat of salsa, but this made me want to vomit. I went to the website, not sure who to reach out to. Please be more cautious in the kitchen!!

We never received water or extra napkins, and she rarely checked on our table to see if we needed anything. At one point, I asked another waiter for assistance, but he simply told me it wasn’t his table instead of helping or finding our server. Good customer service is about making sure guests are taken care of, regardless of whose table it is. Unfortunately, the poor service overshadowed what was otherwise a good meal. I hope the restaurant addresses this, because the food deserves better service.
