Busy, thank goodness I checked in online. Service was a "little off". We were called to be seated, but the table wasn't clean... we had to wait another 5 - 10 before it was cleaned. It was busy in the restaurant. There were celebrations going on.

We was out of towners and we had very poor service and realized pretty fast that the regulars was more important. We received no refills, asked for refills and our waitress started sweeping the floor just was not impressed. It was over priced and nothing like it was as a child

My husband and I were there with a big group of 30. The waitresses were outstanding and patient. Atmosphere was lively and family friendly. The salsa was one of the best I’ve had (roasted chipotle style). I ordered the beef, quail and their shrimp brochette. Soooo good 😌. The beef was very tender, quail was marinated perfectly and the shrimp was out of this world! Everything was so good, we showed up again 2 days later for dinner. That time, I had their lamb chops. THE BEST! Presentation was great but the food was even better. I’m sad there isn’t a place like Pappasito’s in my area.

Came down to this location after being told I SUCCESSFULLY joined the waitlist. Once here host told me they don’t do reservations and told me that it is not fair for the rest of the customers that show up and wait once here my estimate wait time was 50mins and restaurant closed in 1 hour and 30mins. I was very disappointed at how staff handled this.

I recently visited Pappasito’s Cantina, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish.
The food was the biggest letdown. Nearly everything we tried was overwhelmingly salty, to the point where it masked any real flavor. It didn’t taste fresh or well-balanced—just heavy-handed seasoning that made the dishes hard to enjoy.
Service didn’t help the situation either. Our server made us feel rushed the entire time, as if they were trying to turn the table over as quickly as possible. It took away from what should have been a relaxed dining experience and made the meal feel uncomfortable.
Overall, between the poor food quality and the rushed service, this wasn’t a place I’d return to or recommend. There are definitely better options out there for Mexican food.
