- JTJessvin ThomasSep 16, 20261.0I would give 0 stars for service if I could. I have never seen such dysfunctional service at even my local diner much less a reputable steak house. I had a colleague with allergies which I clearly posted in our reservation and reconfirmed at the front hostess. Yet three times we were 1) recommended appetizers that contained those allergies (like deviled eggs and shell fish) 2) told by a manager they are paying attention to allergies but then asked if it was ok to provide the allergy related food as part of our dinner (in this case it was buttered mushrooms) 3) finally provided a salad that still had the allergy related items in the salad undisclosed! The steak was wonderful but I've never seen such repeated dysfunction and break down of communication through all levels. And something in this day and age every retail establishment knows to take seriously! To top it all off , it was funny at the end of all the mistakes they made that night and as much as management tried to say they were paying attention to the details of service when they gave me the bill of course they forgot to give me a pen to sign with!

They were perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and among the best I have ever had. The staff were attentive and made the experience even more enjoyable. I would happily return.
