This is the only Pappas I have been to where if you ask for “lean” they believe it’s asking for the top crust of the brisket. It almost looked like the leftovers. Twice I’ve been here and ordered it this way thinking perhaps it was a fluke but it’s clearly not. Please get better training on cutting meat.
