- TDTerrica Daniels2 days ago1.0Not what I expected from this restaurant. I got it delivered and wondered why it felt so light. This is definitely not worth the $20+. Complete robbery by this establishment. Does not match the pictures on the site.
- JBJeff Burns6 days ago5.0I travel the country and have had bbq from all over. I got a full slab of baby back ribs hand cut fries and the cream corn. Ribs were the real deal had good bark but not dry good smokey flavor, they were tender and were dry rubbed without sauce slathered all over them. That always makes me suspect anyway when a rib has to be sauced. I got the original sauce on the side. Cream corn was excellent and the hand cut fries were awsome. That is one of the reasons I chose to eat here. I placed my order thru the drive thru and my meal was quickly put together and by the time I was back to hotel still hot and fresh. The only negative is I didn't care for the bbq sauce. It just has a little to much vinegar in it for me. Other than that I feel I received a good value and will definitely return when I am back in the area
- AAAaronJul 20, 20261.0Worst location. They never have baby back ribs or sausage tacos! Do yourself a favor and go to the Gulfgate location less than 3 minutes away. The food and availability are much better.

I have been getting the chopped potato at Papa’s (first at the location just north of this one, then at this one when it changed from Lukes) for decades. The price for the chopped potato is now almost $18 but the potatoes are smaller and you get about half the amount of meat compared to what they used to serve before. And I know it wasn’t a mistake because I watched him measure the meat on the kitchen scale. I’m sorry. I really love Papa’s, but I simply cannot justify the price.
