  Very disappointing experience this morning at Pappas BBQ on S. Main near NRG Stadium. I found a piece of hair in my food, which was extremely disgusting and upsetting. Thankfully, I noticed it before eating it because I honestly would have been flabbergasted. I did speak with the manager, who provided me with a gift card, but unfortunately I did not feel that my concerns were handled with much kindness or understanding. I’m grateful for the gift card, but overall, this experience really left me disappointed and disgusted. I hope the restaurant takes food safety and customer concerns more seriously.

  Order Chopped Beef Potatoe & was disappointed in the amount of beef supplied. I’ve ordered this exact meal plenty of times & received much more than half a scoop of meat. For $20, I doubt I order from this location again.

  Tonight experience was not what I expected at this location the mng of this place was not very pleasant or helpful in any way to give superior customer service Tonight is my wife birthday want it to be the best for her to eat with my family was not what I need it

  09/06/2026. Time- 7:30 pm. My people of all colors : I will admit their food be good you just can’t come here around the time we came, because it seems they give up on making the food good. My 12 piece bbq wings was cold and hard ass rocks, the fries was cold and my chopped beef sandwich wasn’t even hot nor warm. $53.00 went down the drain!! I was mad as hell should have checked the order before I pulled off. The cut off time at this place about 4pm. After 4 be careful 😳🤕🤢

  Get yourself in line and get ready for some delicious barbecue. The salad option is great.You get to add what you want as salad topping there is plenty to choose from. You can't go wrong with ordering anything off the menu from a hamburger to there, delicious brisket.You will be satisfied and given a healthy portion Grab your sides at the same time.There is a Condiment bar with more options to choose from jalapenos , onions pickles I highly recommend adding a slice of jalapeno bread for just twenty five cents extra
