    This place isn't what it use to be. We have gone to this location for 15 years and now we are looking for a new BBQ spot. We went and ordered 2 chicken and brisket combos and they gave us a small amount of brisket on one of them it just seemed like it was scraps. And I gave my wife my chicken cause hers was pink on the inside.

    It's frustrating that each time I have craved a bake potato... THEY NEVER have any! The last two times... was well before closing time. Today, I went at about 815p and the last time... it was about 7p. I'm never coming back... it truly just makes me mad, so I rather save me that frustration.

    The food was excellent! We had zero complaints. We also ordered dessert to go for later and the portions were HUGE. It was so yummy! All of the staff was very friendly and I had a brief conversation with the mananger who was also very friendly and welcoming. But I need to give a shout out to one employee specifically. I had just been discharged from the hospital so I still had my hospital band on as well as some bandages. Our cashier, Roselyn, was super friendly and went above and beyond. She offered to come around the counter from the back to carry my food to the table for me. She could've just said, thank you have a nice day, and would've done her job but instead she recognized a situation and responded to it in true customer service fashion. You don't get that at restaurants a lot these days so it was very refreshing to see that there are still people that care about more than just doing the bare minimum to collect their paycheck. Way to go Roselyn, excellent job!!! We will definitely be returning the next time we are in town.

    My order was placed at 834pm. online. I work in medical center, I went to pick up the order, Order was suppose to be ready at 9pm. I get to the restaurant, the door is locked. After waiting for someone to come to the door ( ignored by several employee) A young lady came and told me that they didn't have the food to fill the order. I asked for refund she said that she would process one because she sees the order. 1. Why would the website process the order if they close at 9pm. 2) Google has the restaurant closing at 10pm, (the store is aware of the error, saying it happens all the time), 3) No one called to tell me that they could not fill my, I left the hospital to pick up the food, So My time, gas and money was wasted. No one seemed to care. Still have not seen a refund, called again today states that they will try again.

    My situation was very stressful. First of all, a loved one in critical condition. I was there to get food for out of town guests here to visit. This low rating has nothing to do with food. The food is Great! This is for the young lady that worked the drive thru window, standing there chatting it up with her friend. I had a large order for a loved one and family at the hospital. (I even told her to PLEASE check the order because this was for a seriously ill relative and family.) Well, She didn't check the order but I did. It was missing items. When I asked for the items, she asked me to pull to the side. I refused because I had urgent matters to attend and she took more time bc of her lack of attention to her job. Her comment to me? "YOU'RE HOLDING UP MY LINE!" The Nerve! Her lack of attention to her job while talking to her coworker at the take out window equated to ME holding up HER LINE! The positive takeaway is that the food was very enjoyable to the family visiting the ill loved one. However the customer service experience??? Absolutely Disrespectful. The manager apologized but the young lady scoffed and didnt seem to see the error in her ways.
