- MCMinerva C1 day ago2.0Im only giving 2 because the food taste good only. I wont be going back anymore. I ordered the Beef Trio which was $26 for 1 beef rib, a few sliced sausage and about 1/4 cup of brisket that was scraped off the pan with fat and pieces of meat, not slices, I literally pulled out pieces of meat about a table spoon and gave the fat to my dog and didnt get bread. I couldnt believe it. I should have checked my order before leaving the drive-thru, a RIP OFF. Either the workers just made themselves a brisket sandwhich from my order or they made cut backs, a big RIP OFF. Not ever going back.

Sometimes I get the really bad cuts and I bring it back and they typically just fix it but I hate having to drive back and sometimes I forget to check my order before I drive off. This last time I got a bad order the night before,a girl manager 4/30/2026 was there the next night,i tried to call earlier in the day to tell them about this no answer.it was just a frustrating experience because she wanted to know the last four of my credit card, when I just wanted those terrible ribs replaced.it was an online order and my receipt didn’t show was card I used,she ended up just giving me the juice for those dry yams and instead of a fresh one,and replaced the ribs,but it was causing a line and giving anxiety lol I’m definitely looking to find a new barbecue place.
