  our very first time visiting and we weren't sure about the menu, where to order, etc. We ended up giving our order to three different people, at the front of the line, then someone else came up and then the cashier wanted to know what we had and we had to remember everything that we had ordered. Shirley, there could be a better way to do this. Cashier was rude, everyone else was super nice. All three kids got bottled drinks that required a bottle opener. Cashier did not say a word. We got to the table and I went and asked for a bottle opener and she had it back there at the register mounted to the wall. I then had to retrieve all kids to take their bottles up there. It would have been nice if she would have offered to open them when she was ringing us up. Clearly she did not want to be there and acted as if it was an imposition to wait on us. The brisket was good, sausage was not my thing. It tasted sweet and the smoke flavoring was a little too strong for me. I don't like sugar on my BBQ and the ribs were basted with sugar. 👎🏻 Green beans were good. If the cashier wouldn't have been such a downer, it would have been a way better experience.

  Horrible customer service. I placed an order online for pickup and arrived at the restaurant about 10 minutes after receiving the notification that my order was ready, expecting a quick pickup. However, after pulling into the designated pickup spot, I waited for 15 minutes and no one came to speak with me or let me know what was going on. I eventually went inside, only to find that my food had been sitting there ready for quite some time. When I mentioned that I had been waiting in the pickup spot as instructed, the cashier simply giggled in my face instead of apologizing or offering any explanation. The lack of communication and professionalism made for a very disappointing experience.

  The rice was bland no flavor and the brisket was very dry ! I had to throw it away. Very disappointed at the food quality especially for the price. They were out of beef ribs and wings.

  I had the baked potato with chicken and the watermelon drink, both were excellent. I didn't get it fully dressed with cheese, chives, sour cream and butter, however my sister did and she loved it. Their ribs were 🔥. A lot of choices on the menu.

  I called in an order for two barbecue plates. They were to go orders. I received a text message telling me they would be ready at 12:45 PM at 1:30. They still have not brought our food out! My wife waited for 45 minutes. I was at home so I called to find out what was going on. The person asked the name on the order and said, oh my gosh, this order has been sitting here ready since 1245! I don’t know why they did not take it upfront! So my wife waited 45 minutes for the plate when it should’ve been ready at 12:45 PM. She gets home with the food and it’s cold! I guess so? It sat there for 45 minutes before they actually took it out to her. I’m sorry, but that’s just unacceptable.
