    Great customer service & a great dine in experience! Manager Gerardo was great, very professional and attentive! He made our dinner experience great! We came in to celebrate my wife's birthday and the help we received was awesome! He was polite, very helpful and has great customer service! Gerardo and the staff made our food fresh and it was great! The diner was very clean and staff was really attentive! Restrooms were clean and fully stocked! Overall everything was great đź‘Ť Thank Gerardo for making my wife's birthday dinner great! You sir are a great manager!

    I totally enjoyed eating there. The food was great. Edith Cortes one of your employees always goes out of her way to make us feel special and she always has a great big smile. We love eating there.

    I got here at the estimated pick up time for curbside, waited 15 extra mins and no staff member ever came with my order. I went inside and when I could finally find someone to ask where to pick up my food it was cold. Why put that pickup will be brought out when it won’t?

    Went to Papa’s drive-through on Crosstimbers’s last night waited 10 minutes for someone to even speak to me on the intercom. Then the lady proceed to tell me they had no ribs and they had no potatoes. I had drove all the way from the Woodlands there because I’ve always had good experience there until last night called this morning to speak to a manager and the phone was hung up on me so I will not be a patron at this Establishment again. Went to the 1960 establishment last night and have wonderful customer service
