  ---Never Disappoints! Exceptional Food and Service Pappadeaux’s never disappoints, and our recent lunch visit with my law office team was absolute perfection! It was the most lovely way to end our workday after being stuck in meetings all day. We started the meal with the shrimp and crawfish fondue with garlic toast, and it was exceptional. It’s a rich, creamy, and cheesy Cajun-style dip loaded with sautéed shrimp, crawfish, mushrooms, and spinach, baked until it is perfectly bubbly. For my entrée, I had the fried catfish with red beans and rice, which was also exceptional—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The hostess mentioned that this specific location has only been reopened under the new name, Pappadeaux’s, for about two weeks now, but you would never know it by how flawlessly everything ran. A huge part of that goes to our amazing server, BRI! She did an outstanding job and made our experience even more pleasant by being incredibly accommodating and ensuring we had absolutely everything we needed. Thank you, Bri, for a wonderful dining experience. I am already so looking forward to going back to this location!

  Came on 5/1 for lunch. I usually sit at the bar for faster service. I sat down and the bar was had dirty rice leftovers sprinkled all over. A manager, who was in front of me to my left, was talking to a guest and never even acknowledge my existence. I waited 5 mins, nothing. So I then went to the host stand to get a table. Was promptly sat and greeted by my server. She was great but the food was not. I used to go into pappadeaux knowing I'd get great service and outstanding food. Not any more. Each location is now different. This location will never see my business again.

  Let me start by saying the food was amazing. The service could have been a bit better had to ask for the bread wasn’t offered. The server seemed like she was stretched really thin and having a hard time keeping up. Bar drinks were slow coming out. I understand they just opened but for the prices they are charging I would expect the service to be impeccable and it was not. Our table averaged $75 per person. Granted we had an appetizer and each had a bar drink. Hands down the cheese sticks were the best I’ve ever had. The slight spice to the marinara sauce served with them was amazing. My last critique would be the bathroom they were not clean smelling at all the floors were wet and it smelled like an outdoor port o potty on a 100 degree day at a chili cook off….. was not pleasant at all. A few tweaks and this could be a great place, but for the price point it is not on par with other restaurants in this class….

  My husband and I had a lovely dinner! The gator bites were so delicious and tender, especially with the side of broccolini. He had the rainbow trout with lump crab, and it was fresh and absolutely delicious. I’m pregnant and had never tried gator before, but for my first time, I was honestly impressed! For drinks, we had the non-alcoholic Cocoa Hibiscus and Watermelon Sparkler, and both were so refreshing. Victoria gave us an exceptional dining experience. She takes the time to explain the menu and desserts so well, and her hospitality truly stood out. It was our first time here, and we will definitely be coming back to see her again! Thank you, Victoria and Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, for such a great night!

  Sooo...I know they just reopened. It took a bit to get my server at the bar to acknowledge me. When she did she was very helpful and kind. It took awhile to get my food but at least I had a drink in front of me. The couple besides me did not have a great experience. I'm not sure what happened but it I got here after them, they already had their drinks, and I got my food before them even after they complained and pressed hard for their food. Brooklyn was my server and was wonderful. She tried to help with the couple besides me but it may have been a lost cause. It may not be perfect this week as I can see they are doing their best but it's Pappas so come on. Good food and good service is what I expect for the price. The food was great BTW. I would like a larger wine list but whaddya gonna do?
