  We visited Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen the Saturday before Mother’s Day, and even though it was crowded, the experience was excellent from start to finish. Our waiter, Carlos, gave us some of the best restaurant service we’ve had in a long time. When we spoke with him, he mentioned he had only been there a few months and didn’t even have much restaurant experience before this, which honestly shocked us because his customer service skills were top tier. He was attentive, professional, friendly, and always one step ahead. His service was so good that my husband actually tipped him generously before we even finished eating, which is something we NEVER do. Usually we wait until the entire dining experience is over before tipping, but Carlos was so on point with everything that we already knew he deserved it. And after that? Baby, Carlos was REALLY making sure we were taken care of. 😂 He even brought the mints and toothpicks directly to the table before we got up to leave. If he could’ve walked us to the car himself, I think he would have! We were so impressed that we asked him to bring the manager over so we could personally compliment him and let them know how outstanding his service was. The food and drinks were great, as always, but what really stood out to me at this location was the atmosphere. The music selection was EVERYTHING. The whole restaurant had such a fun, upbeat vibe without feeling chaotic, even with the Mother’s Day weekend crowd. One thing I especially appreciate about Pappadeaux is how seriously they take food allergies. My husband has a shellfish allergy, and they were extremely accommodating. They made sure the waitstaff and manager were both aware, and the manager personally came over to discuss their process and precautions to avoid cross-contamination. That level of care really means a lot to us and makes this one of the few seafood restaurants where we feel completely comfortable dining. This location has definitely become one of my favorites. Great food, great drinks, amazing music, excellent customer service, and an overall great vibe. We’ll definitely be back.

  Every seafood place I've ever eaten at serves fried catfish as one of the cheapest items because it is. Still trying to figure out why it's over 30 bucks here when it's mostly just a big plate of french fries.🤷

  Pros: The management team is really good. They really try to make things right whenever there is an issue. Thank you! Cons: The phone is NEVER answered! I have called at 3pm on Monday afternoon and still no answer. Prices are out of control! Upcharged for every little thing! I won't be stopping by again for a LONG time after today. Just too expensive for what you get.

  I ordered the Catfish and Shrimp which didn't have any seasoning literally. I have been going there for years and watched the prices sky rocket. They removed the order and comped the dessert non the less it's to pricey to not get the seasoning mix correct.

  I spoke with Ben manager/supervisor on 2/21/26. When I got home and looked at my order my stuff Crab was missing from the meal. I order here all the time and spend a lot here and Ben said he would make it right, he fell short. Then I spoke with another manager name Elvin on 3/17/26, he said give it another week. Here it's almost the end of April and still no one felt like they needed to make things right. This is not the best place to eat at anymore because you don't value your good customers.
