  Such a great place!! First time coming back in over a year (don’t know why I took so long to come back) and everything was great the oysters and gumbo and steak and shrimp, the first pasta I ordered I wasn’t a fan of the sauce (just personal preference) they took it back with no problem and I got the Madi gras pasta and that one was really good! The manager came by as well and he was super nice, great service here!

  Been going to this location for over 20 yrs and I always were treated w class. This time, at lunch at the bar area - not sitting at bar but tables, and - this place is not cheap - the service I received was pittiful - they treat me better at Jack in the box! the Service quality has gone down enormously. Maybe I didn't look like them. But the bill was not not low. I know, for a fact that service quality has dropped. Maybe the staff. I miss my previous helpers. I witnessed a large amount of To-Go orders. Obviously, that is what the customers like us should choose to do. The Westheimer location is not recommended either; been there. I can say it's not a good location.

  The food was absolutely terrible 😫. I ordered a shrimp 🍤 PoBoy. The shrimp tasted like it was fresh out of Galveston waters. My daughter ordered the pasta, she said it was awfu, my other daughter ordered the rainbow trout, the fish was soggy and that jasmine rice 🍚 they put with it needs to be taken completely off the menu. The calamari still had the suction cups on it, ive literally never seen that before. The mozzarella sticks were room temperature. Just a bad experience. I did, however, enjoy my sparkling water 💧.... I won't return.

  Mrs and i wanted a bite of “southern kitchen” - taste of texas next door was packed and we opted for this option. They did have room for seating outside but it was not available when we were there. Inside was a bit chilly with ac on. We even put jackets on. Has an open bar and few more private seating sections. Open floor plan. Excellent decorations. Our waiter was top notch! Attentive! Made recommendations! Very pleasant! My wife had a martini and loved it! Portions were huge! Fish was great! So were oysters that were actually baked! Check them out! Plenty of parking available and they are right next to ih 10

  Very disappointed in this specific location, my daughter drove all the way from Cyprus because I told her they have halibut and they fry it for us for many years been coming to these establishments Southwest Freeway and Katie Freeway when she got there and placed her order She asked the waiter that she would like the halibut fried and chicken batter. The way we always get it and they denied her to have it fried she asked for the manager and told the manager and the manager denied it. They will not prepare it that way I called Southwest Freeway location and spoke to the manager there and they said they would have no problem doing it that way if they had halibut someone needs to speak to your manager at that location not doing his job correctly. I have a large family of 100 and we will not be going to this location anymore.
