  I expected more than what I received. I heard great things about this restaurant however I was very disappointed when I visited this location tonight. The staff was playing a lot with each other which made them bring me out an incomplete entree. My server Gonzalo was apart of the issue. The staff here needs to pay more attention to detail instead of playing around.

  Had an amazing business lunch at this location! Food is amazing per usual but the service was exceptionally great. I forgot my receipt and LADONNA helped me received another copy . She was very helpful and kind . Will definitely be coming back !

  Krystal at Pappadeaux is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, attentive, and full of positive energy. She made every drink perfectly and gave great recommendations that made the whole experience even better. What really stood out was her professionalism and personality. Even while handling a busy crowd, Krystal stayed calm, friendly, and made every guest feel important. She checked on us often, kept the atmosphere fun, and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent customer service like hers is hard to find. If you visit Pappadeaux, definitely ask for Krystal at the bar — she truly makes the experience unforgettable!

  I have been going to this Pappadeaux for YEARS because I think they have all great Service. But a couple of weeks ago a guy came in with this big dog and low and behold they were seated in the Booth right in front of us. I truly believe NO dogs should be allowed in a restaurant around people's food. Very disappointed

  I came here tonight with a party of 6 and as a regular I can genuinely say the service I received today has topped any service I’ve had in years. I had Rakeem as a server and he made the experience PHENOMENAL, I honestly can’t even type everything that he did to make the experience so grand because it’s so many things but he is definitely a great, friendly, and kind soul. From start to finish he made the experience amazing, I appreciate him being such a pure person! Definitely will be asking for him next time (he doesn’t work Tuesdays and Saturdays if interested because i definitely asked lol!)
