  Gumbo info for those wondering. No chicken and sausage gumbo.... roux is light and thin. Not the best but ok. Shrimp gumbo had tons of good shrimp I'll give that. But TOMATOES in gumbo is a def turn off. I know some try and defend it but heck no.

  Food is always very delicious and fresh. Staff is very friendly and our waiter Keith was exceptional and very attentive

  My family and I have eaten here for years. We also pick up and sometimes DoorDash. The last few months things have been off either for the delivery or pick up. Condiments missing, no plasticware etc. It’s very frustrating. I would say if you are going to eat here either eat inside or pick it up so you can at least check your order before leaving.

  Came in after a long day, sat at the bar, and left disappointed in a way I didn't expect from Pappadeaux. The service failures weren't occasional they were consistent. No silverware offered. No water without asking. My drink order wasn't taken promptly. Food arrived out of sequence. I had to request ketchup before my fish came out, then ask again after it arrived, and eventually raise my voice to get it. The restaurant was not busy. There was no excuse for any of it. This wasn't a staff member having a bad moment it was a pattern. Every basic hospitality standard required a prompt from me. That's not slow service; that's indifference. Pappadeaux sets a certain expectation with its name and price point. The bar experience today didn't come close to meeting it.
