  Wow. Just wow. It’s been a long time since I have experienced this level of dissatisfaction with a vendor of any kind. I ordered a pizza online that was estimated to ready October 2nd, between 6:08 and 6:12. I gave it some extra time and made another stop before arriving right around 6:12. When I entered the store there was a line of customers waiting to be helped but there was no one at the register. After a while one person came from the back of the store and asked if we were waiting for pickups and then asked if we could give them about 10 minutes. I went back to my vehicle for a bit and returned when I saw that some more pizzas had come out of the oven. Again, I waited, as there was still no one at the register. Eventually a different person came to the register and got my name along with the other customers who were waiting. She looked up my order and told me it was in the oven. However, since ordering, the status in the app remained the same. It just said my order was in the first stage of being prepared and was not even in the oven. Several more minutes passed. I checked the app and became even more concerned when the status had changed to picked up. I waited a bit longer before yet a different person stepped behind the register. He asked if I was waiting to pick up. I gave him my name. He searched in vain before initially informing me he couldn’t find my order. I explained that I had been waiting for quite a while and that the app incorrectly indicated that my order had been picked up. He seemed very confused, looked at the computer and told be that one of the pizzas was ready but he wasn’t sure about the other. There did not seem to be a management presence of any kind. It was complete chaos. It was one of those situations where everyone seemed extremely busy, but in reality, nothing was getting done. Very few customers left the restaurant with pizza while I was waiting. I finally just gave up. He allegedly was processing a refund, but who knows if I’ll ever even get that. This store has not always been this way, but I will definitely take my business elsewhere in the future. If you value excellent (or even decent) service, you should too.

  Ordered a couple weeks ago I bet they thought I forgot pizza was hours late cold and dry tasted terrible then they refused to answer my phone calls if you want good pizza don’t come here ever go to Marco’s or godfather’s they are much better

  ⭐️ 1 Star — If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with Papa John’s. I called around 6:30 this evening to order dinner for my family and our guests. I was tracking the order through the app, as I normally do, and noticed that the pizza didn’t appear to have even been made. I called the store three different times, and every single time I was told the exact same thing: “It’s being cooked as we speak.” I understand that the app can sometimes be inaccurate, but at some point, you have to ask yourself: How many times does my pizza have to be “cooking”? If I’m calling every 30 minutes and getting the same answer, while the tracking information is showing something completely different, that’s a serious communication and customer-service problem. I also spoke with Jesse, the manager, and unfortunately, he was not able to make the situation right or give me the kind of customer service I would expect after such a frustrating experience. I’ve always liked Papa John’s, which makes this even more disappointing. But tonight’s experience has me seriously reconsidering where I spend my money. At this point, I feel like the customer and the experience simply don’t matter to this location. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would give. I hope someone from Papa John’s actually looks into what happened because this is not the kind of experience that keeps customers coming back.

  I placed an order ahead and tracked my order and it was ready 2 hours before my time. I called the store to let them know that I had placed the order for a later time. I was told that they will re make my order for the right time. I picked up my order just to go home and it's the same pizza that was ready hours ago and cold. Don't tell me that you will make it fresh, just to give me the same old pizza that's been sitting in the warmer for hours.
