- ZMZu M.SMay 4, 20261.0Be careful when using Uber Eats, the staff will handover your food to the wrong driver and then tell you there is nothing they can do. Very disappointing customer service. I’m sure the driver does not pick a pizza up unless it was hand over by the staff.

My order was incorrect, and when I brought it to the manager’s attention, they were very dismissive and didn’t make any real effort to resolve the issue. Overall, a frustrating experience and not the level of customer service I expected.
