  I've ordered from here around (4) times for work and every single time I've ordered my food was late. The last time was the straw that broke the camels back.....my food was almost an hour late, my colleagues' meeting was nearly over by the time it arrived. Not sure if every Panera is like this, but I definitely won't ordering from here anymore.

  From my experience this location consistently does a great job. The staff is always fast, friendly, and polite, which makes a big difference during busy days. My drink is always ready quickly, and the service feels welcoming every time I stop by. Really appreciate the consistency and positive attitude here—thank you!

  The bagels are not fresh they cook them the night before and let them sit out all night until the next morning then they serve them to customers . They save left over soup from the day before and refrigerate it and then reheat it the next day. They supposed to change coffee every hour and they don’t. Plates be nasty and not clean.
