I really liked one of them, but the second one was completely incompatible with my taste it was unexpectedly very sweet, almost like a dessert rather than a soup. I could not even finish a single spoonful, so I politely brought it back and explained that I wanted to exchange it because the flavor was not what I expected. Unfortunately, the staff told me they could not replace it and only offered a small 10% discount if I wanted to purchase another soup. In my experience in the U.S., many businesses try to accommodate customers when a meal is clearly not enjoyed, especially when almost none of it was consumed. Customers usually consider service and flexibility when deciding where to dine, and this experience was disappointing for me.

I was surprised to see how small the to go salads are compared to dining in. However, the most noticeable and unsettling part of my order was the bread; it was just thrown inside the bag!!! The two pieces were not wrapped, sealed, or protected by any covering which is disturbing. How does a company just throw unwrapped food in a bag for customers??? I can't imagine that's how the employees are trained to place breads into a bag - completely exposed to whatever. Very disappointing.
