  I had a great experience at Outback Steakhouse. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly, but what really made the visit stand out was the excellent customer service. Manager Ladarius B was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire visit. He personally came around to our table to make sure our meal was good and that we were enjoying our experience. That level of attention and hospitality made us feel very welcomed. Overall, it was a very nice dining experience, and I will definitely be returning.

  Outback Steakhouse is our favorite place to eat rather it is dine in or carry out. It’s like a sentimental place cause my son’s dad took my son there often & he is now passed away. We try to eat here anytime I have some extra money but it seems like the last 2-3 years it has gotten worse. Or they maybe have new cooks that aren’t very experienced. No matter what we love Outback & the location and we will continue to visit with hopes of getting the best meal as we have in the past.

  Sunday evening manager was rude, narcissistic, arrogant for such a skinny little man. I took my wife and daughter for Mother's Day, my daughter's meal came meat only nothing else on the plate, my wife's smothered in a thick barbecue sauce which she cannot eat and had asked not to be included. They redid my wife's ribs but it looked like they had just scraped off the sauce but unfortunately not all of it. The manager shouted, "No sauce was scraped off " and then addressed my wife so, so politely with "YOU WANT IT OR NOT", people even turned and looked at him. She obviously said no thankyou so for our evening out she had nothing to eat but a salad. A nice day spoiled by a very rude manager but fully paid for by myself, I was not after anything free just a nice meal for my wife and daughter on Mother's Day.

  Yesterday, Mother's Day, at 10001 Westheimer, instead of ordered 15oz Ribeye we got a 6-8oz strip with 25% gristles. The bill charged us for 3 steaks, but we ordered 2 only. Correction made by aggressive staff to delete the strip, but still we had to pay for a 15oz ribeye that we ordered, but was not served to us!! So always check your bill at this location. they will over charge you, and serve you wrong less value item!! Many other super steak places in Houston.
