  Disappointing Coffee I ordered a small latte from Nordstrom eBar Artisan Coffee and was hopeful when I saw the La Marzocco machine. Unfortunately, the experience was all about speed rather than quality. Don’t let “Artisan” in the name fool you. The milk was scorched and overheated, with far too much froth, large bubbles, and no silky integration with the espresso. If you’re looking for a properly made, creamy latte, this isn’t the place. I asked for it to be remade explaining why. There was no apology or acknowledgement—just a nod. After waiting, we eventually decided not to bother. It’s a shame that Nordstrom, a company known for customer service, doesn’t appear to have invested in proper barista training here. A La Marzocco can’t make an artisan coffee on its own.

  I work near the cafe. They're are definetely one of the best options within walking distance. I always order a Cortado and today's was really good. Good job, guys! The nordstorm makers chocolates are also really if you need a little treat.

  Tried Nordstorm's EBar for the first time recently, and their coffee was amazing! We got an iced Lavender Chai latte; I was a bit skeptical about this one at first because I was worried the floweriness of the lavender would take over the drink, but the flavors were so well-balanced. The lavender wasn't overpowering nor were the chai spices unbearably strong 🪻 We also got an iced Honey Almond latte; I really liked the deep almond flavor, it was definitely unique but very good. The honey was more subtle but overall a solid drink The cashier was also super friendly :D Would definitely recommend giving them a shot!

  A big thank you to Nailah and Heaven at the Nordstrom Ebar at the Galleria Houston! They provided excellent customer service and were very accommodating to my specific needs. The peanut butter protein smoothie was delicious and made perfectly. Nailah and Heaven were both friendly, pleasant, and welcoming, creating a great experience from start to finish. It’s always nice to encounter team members who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you both for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. I look forward to visiting again! 😊
