- RMRobert MinesJun 13, 20263.0We visit this location quite often. However, we might not be going back again. It seems that lately they care a little bit less about the customer than in the past. During our visit today, I saw the advertisement for the new Hawaiian pizza which is a specialty pizza. So after asking for them to prepare one for us, they gave us a device that would notify us when the pizza was complete after 25 minutes I went back up and asked if the Pizza had been completed yet because I didn’t see any coming out of the oven. To that the gentleman looked around and said I don’t see any in the oven. And then told him it had been over 20 minutes and he started looking them them around and noticed that there were three different pizza pans on top of the pizza oven. After looking at them he realized one was a Hawaiian and that half of it had already been removed. And it was left to sit on top of the oven without any heat. The manager did apologize but their only solution and this might be Pettey was for me to finish my meal with some of the other pizzas or wait an additional 15 minutes for them to make another. Unfortunately, we did not have any additional time and they did not offer to provide anything else. I ended up getting something to eat somewhere else because that was the only pizza that I had wanted.
