They have a huge bakery, steam table, everything you can imagine. I give them a 5 star because HEB as always lead by example in what this community really need and like. The line setup wasn’t clear, and I was already in line behind a customer being helped—once he finished,I was next at the window. From the beginning, Fernanda C had an attitude the entire time and insisted another man was ahead even though he arrived after I did, When I calmly explained myself, Fernanda C still responded with an attitude and dismissive facial expressions, saying it was “just a question.” While we were waiting for our cash, she was smiling and giggling, then picked up the phone like she was going to call someone on us, laughed with coworker Ashley, and treated the situation like a joke. It felt disrespectful, intimidating, and completely unprofessional.Please hire better staff. This situation happened today 4-22-2026 around 6:00 pm.
