  I went the though the drive thru to order my food the young lady that took the money for the food was polite and friendly. Now at the second window when I went to pick up the order is where the rudeness came in.. I asked the young lady if I could order another drink she said no. I woukd have to go all the way back around. Then told me she didn't have a register and the drive was on a timer. I ask for her manger she just stood there. So I asked if she could write his name down and phone since tge drive tthu was on a timer. She said she's going to get. Manager came I explained exactly what I ask and exactly what she said she lied and got confrontational. The manager was tapping on her asking her to be quiet. She kept talking.

  I ordered a large smoothie, but the cup I received was clearly much smaller than expected. They still charged me full price — almost $5. Very disappointing experience and misleading sizing.

  Absolutely horrible experience. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order and never received it. The staff had terrible attitudes, seemed careless, and customer service was nonexistent. Everything was disorganized and no one seemed to care that customers were waiting. I had to ask for a refund after wasting my time. This was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. Do better.

  Do not go after 10pm SERVICE TERRIBLE LMAO THIS IS A LARGE?!? Mind you haven’t been touched them! Tried to fill my sweet tea half way too like wow😂 poor service SLOW SLOW SLOW! If it wasn’t so late I’d turn around and ask for a refund! Disappointed!

  The lady who took my order around 12:20am on 04/20/26 needs to slow down when someone order. Went too fast without listening what I asked her. My Hot n Spicy was plain when I asked with extra mayonnaise, light pickles and extra spicy pepper sauce. 4 piece nuggets with no when I asked for 2 ranch. Order number 1307.
