  Llevo 20 minutos esperando al supervisor. Ahora mismo son las 3:40 am y todavía no me atienden a pesar de que ya he pagado la comida y su respuesta es que están cerrados a pesar de que en realidad están abiertos. Está pagado y obviamente están abiertos pero son muy vagos para trabajar. He pedido la hoja de reclamaciones y me dicen que no tienen eso, ni saben que es.

  Super slow at night, you will wait in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Either the manager needs to put more people or check why service is so slow.

  They told me they not doing food they only doing Uber eats and doordash which is that's ridiculous at 2:00 a.m. in the morning and I'm just getting off for third shift at least they could have took mobile orders but they didn't even want to take my code for the mobile order... they didn't even have ecolab at their location ecolab was at 1960 location at 2: 16am to be exact

  Como cliente fui a ese McDonald como 2 meses todos los días al desayuno, pero empecé a notar que algunos empleados me ignoraban cuando llegaba al Counter y cuando llegaba por qué yo hacía sentir que estaba esperando para que tomaran mi orden y tras que tardaban la dan incompleta, la última vez que me atendió una chica morena delgada sin identificación tan brusca y grosera y me dijo no te puedo tomar tu orden aquí váyase a la pantalla y le dije sólo quiero un café tómame la orden po favor y me gritó delante de unos clientes sólo le contesté tienes que tomar clase como tratar a las personas y me gritó estúpida, gracias a DIOS que me contuve, y me fui de ahí. Ese lugar no dan buen servicio no todos los empleados algunos le DOY UN 0 como calificación.
