  came through the drive thru and waited 15 minutes for a meal deal while orders are being ran out ignoring me. i went inside and politely said ive been waiting and then they took another 10 mins bringing me my food. a young cashier told the manager i came in and he shrugged his shoulders and said oh well. this is not the way to treat anyone, didn’t even get an apology. manuel needs to be better.

  The only reason it’s getting a three is because Stephanie at the front counter made everything better after being forgotten about for my food for 15 minutes at the third window and then I go home and half of my food is still not there the manager tried to put me to the side, but Stephanie was trying to make it right. She should be out at a different McDonald’s.

  Waited at Drive thru for over 8 mins with no acknowledgement, while a LONG line formed behind me. So, I went to the window and was told I had to go back around to the, now VERY long line, bc they didn't have a way to take my order...one DRINK...Hello AI, goodbye Fast food workers!! It's only a matter of time, now...

  Horrible did a curbside order and waited over 20 minutes in my parking spot. Only reason I received my food was because I went thru the drive thru. Staff was completely unhelpful and didn't even apologize for the wait out the inconvenience. Horrible customer service skills

  They need to be more efficient, twice I have gone at 5 am and either is the merchant machine not working or the system is not working and they can’t sell no breakfast or coffee . Not sure what’s really going on , I taught they were short staff but then when you go by and look Inside there is like 4 or 5 employees in there . So please management find out what’s going on that early when they suppose to be 24 hrs or open early .
