  They are soooo lazy! Came here this morning after coming from the emergency room; they said they were only doing app orders, all the whole female and male in the lobby sitting there like they own the place. Had all their friends lined up in the drive thru , while denning customers service! They need to fire whole staff and managerment! This isn’t the first time, service is trash, I advise you to not go there! Get rid of all of them!

  When they first opened a McDonalds in this location I was happy that we would have a location near me. Going to this location is a nightmare. I don't know who the night manager but they need to get fired. Past 1am at night if you get lucky to get your order taken, when you get your order it will be wrong and the food will look stepped on. This hasn't just happened once it has happened multiple times, through out some time now. This has been going on for months now. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. This is unacceptable. I would have expected for McDonalds to get this fixed by now.

  Empezando por el tiempo que se tardan en dar las órdenes, hice mi pedido por la app en drive thru y cuando llegas a ventana que debes ir a estacionarse y esperar a que lleven tu orden y digo está bien… esperar 15 minutos por una orden que no tenía muchos delante y le salen dando la comida primero a otra que apenas llega a estacionarse, no saben ni a quien le llevan la comida empiezan a preguntar carro por carro cuando se supone que te dan un número de estacionamiento… otros 5 minutos a esperar y cuando llegan con la que supuestamente es tu comida no la llevan completa o no te dan lo que es debes esperar de nuevo por que hagan las cosas bien y después no llevan las bebidas y tiene que ir otra vez a buscarlas… de verdad enseñan a sus trabajadores a hacer el trabajo o simplemente tienen personal porque hagan el bulto en el lugar? Dentro del lugar la misma cosa ignoran cuando alguien quiere hacer una pregunta y para tomar la orden debes estar parado frente al registrador por 5 minutos es cierto que están los kioscos para que sea más rápido pero incluso eso atrasa a veces ni funcionan y no todas las personas saben utilizarlo. Por favor revisen bien que lo que preparan sea lo que se ha pedido dan vergüenza que al llegar a casa resulta que no era lo que habías pedido. Y los jóvenes por favor levanten su cabeza y no parezcan que quieren estar en la cama porque esa actitud que tienen solo es de pereza

  i would not give no stars no good customer service and the whole staff was just rude i went here through the drive thru ordered a 5 dollar meal and a large fries with sweet and sour sauce they gave me my food with barbecue sauce and no large fries i expressed that food was missing from my bag and they said oh no it’s not you just got the 5 dollar meal when i literally just paid 10 dollars and one of the workers slammed the window in my face asking for my receipt repeatedly when i said no the first time i paid for a large fries and i don’t need to have proof of this when i just paid 5 seconds ago another worker came to the window and said she bagged my food and there was no large fries on the bag when i did indeed pay for a large fries

  Hice una orden 20 minutos antes de pasar a levantarla cuando llegue al lugar tuve que esperar por que estaba avanzando lenta la línea me pidieron esperar aún más el Parkin 5 le comenté a la persona no tengo más tiempo se volteó e hizo cara disgusta y cerró la ventana, le toqué dos veces a esto ya había intentado cancelar mi orden 4 veces dado que la aplicación no me lo permitió fue que decidí tocar en la ventana no recibí respuesta, me tuve que ir por qué tenía que entrar a trabajar, justo por esa razón hice mi orden con tiempo, y ya que no recibí mi respuesta, ni mi dinero de vuelta y tampoco mi comida sólo una botella de agua no vuelvo a hacer mi orden ahí 🤷🏻‍♀️
