Well I visited this McDonald's on yesterday which was Mother's day, may I add.I had one of there refresher drinks about 2wks prior abd it was delicious but I have a problem with ice on my teeth they are sensitive to it.Si I thought I will order me a large without ice,it was Mother's day, why not treat myself. So I get to the order box, they have two one on each side, the first one has a car only one but the next one is clear, so I take that one thinking this should be quick....nooooo,that wasn't the case, why am I sitting here about 3min waiting to order???...and there is basically no cars but us two,so I actually started to yell hello,hello..no answer,I thought maybe that speaker was broken,I looked for a sign but there wasn't any, so I decided to pull out,as I was doing so..someone answered. So I began my order.I asked for the strawberry watermelon refresher drink with no ice.The cashier told me if I get the drink with no ice, they will only fill the cup halfway.I was like whatttt????..I never heard of anything like that in my life..first of all there is suppose to be barely any ice in a refresher and to be honest I don't recall seeing ice on the photo..so I said okay go ahead and leave the ice.So I get to the window to pay, this drink cost me $4.64,almost $5.I paid it.So I drive forward to the next window to recieve my drink...COULD YOU TELL ME WHY THIS DRINK WAS LOADED WITH ICE,like a soda?..I refused it and told the young lady that was too much ice, take some out, she didn't speak or understand English very well but she eventually caught on to what I was saying..So then here come another employee telling me if they take some of the ice out it won't be much juice.I explained the amount of ice in there is too much, there should only be a third of ice in the drink.I tried to show him just how much ice was in the cup,it was almost full of ice,I said this is not the regular amout of ice they put in this drink,it's way more, and I have already compromised by getting the ice,I refused to bend any more, the customer is always right, and I informed him I do reviews, and if they give me a half cup of juice,I should pay half price, then he said okay he would fix it..but I waited so long for him to return with the drink,I started feeling targeted..and something told me not to get it,to get a refund, because at this point,I didn't trust no one in there,my drink had been passed around to two or three people without a lid.I drove out of drive thru and went inside for a refund.i went in with my receipt and asked for a manager. The front counter girl kinda smirked and tried to ignore me..I had to ask two or three times, then she started to move slowly but then the manager eventually showed up..I explained what I had just went through about a drink,I wanted no ice...so,I told her what the employees said about the drink with no ice will be only a half of a glass..she tried to agree with them until I explained how ridiculous that was...cause if I get half of cup..it should be half the price..abd I'm the customer...Then they tried to bring me the drink with the correct amount of ice after 15min.I told them no,i don't want it they can keep it,it doesn't take that long for a drink.GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK..she said she couldn't without the card..so I went to my car and got the card. When i showed her the reviews she tried to deny everything but I told her its too late,so she went to refund the money, and I heard one employee saying that I pissed him off, that's why... what???..im glad I didn't take that drink..All of this because I asked for no ice..which is my right as a customer

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. While in the drive-thru, I observed another customer receive their order, return it, and indicate it was incorrect. The employee then attempted to pass that same bag to me through the second window.
I informed the worker that I had just seen the bag being returned from another car. He then walked off and replaced the bag, but I was still given the same burgers with visibly wrinkled, partially opened wrappers, and the food was cold.
Due to the condition of the food and the handling process I witnessed, I requested a refund. Overall, this was an unacceptable and unsanitary experience.
This is pretty silly that I have to write this review. I get it, fast food isn't always perfect and like any business there will be a hiccup. However, I could not comprehend how it is as difficult to put an order together. I placed a mobile app order at this location for one in. I ordered the Double Filet without the bun, and two American Cheese with a side of large fries and coke.
I have never once had an issue ordering this Double Filet the way it is. Today was the exception. I went to the counter to ask for a straw. By the time I waited to get a straw and get back to my seat and opened the box for the filet. It was two plain filets. I brought this back to the counter and informed the women wearing the traffic vest. She asked what's wrong with it. I pointed to the taped receipt on the box and informed her there was no cheese. The woman took this personal, as if I attacked her mother. I had to explain this is not personal, I just want the order to be corrected and has no reflection on her job.
The employee went to the back and came back with two cold slices of cheese. I stated the cheese is rock hard and cold. It is not served this way when you fish comes out and you out the cheese on top. She replied, "We don't melt the cheese." I told her, "That is correct, but if you put a cold cheese on a hot beef patty, hot spicy chicken patty or a filet, the heat will melt the cheese." She took the box to the back and pretended to have them remake it. The box sat on the counter in the back for a few minutes. She came back with the box.
I went back and told her I just needed a refund at this point because the cheese was still rock hard and I'm certain that is now how it's served. She started to get agitated and said that they do not melt the cheese. I had to remind her that this was not personal and I understand she did not make the meal. However, I didn't come here to argue or make things difficult. I just wanted my meal the way I ordered it. Had this been done correctly the first time, we would not have had to go through multiple conversations. It was also not hard to understand that room temperature food will not melt cheese.
I asked her to refund the entire meal as I was no longer able to eat it. The refund seemed to be the easiest part, because putting two slices of cheese on a hot fillet was the most difficult task here .
Believe the reviews when they tell you that this location gets your order incorrect and takes it personal.
