I always smile and say good morning and they respond likewise. Yeah, the food is sometimes not up to par but,hey, you’re ordering fast food. It’s never perfect. Get a grip, be friendly with the employees and they will be friendly to you. And pick your battles carefully.

I was pleasantly surprised when they walked over and asked me and my kids if we wanted refills/checked we were happy with our order. I also overheard the manager ask everyone to pause to wash their hands to ensure cleanliness. It's a small space with no play space but the overall attentiveness of the crew made the dine in experience worth it.

At this location it's my second time going to this location and they have given me sweet tea..so this visit I tasted the tea before driving off and the tea was (Sweet). So, I told the window attendant that my tea was Sweet. The more I was explaining to her the tea was Sweet she was going back and forth that it was unsweetened tea. So she finally decided to get the tea walking away. Another attendant came to the window with a greeky smile because the other attendant attitude was bad. So this attendant gave me another cup of the same sweet tea container and I tasted it and told her this tea is sweet. So another attendant came and tasted the tea..The tea was Sweet. They didn't have unsweetened tea available and I asked for a refund. It's sad I had to go this extreme to get them to understand that the tea was Sweet.
